Did they not remember how they had zero running game last season and a terrible o-line. Good on Lawler if he gets that money but dear lord as a Lions fan I'd be questioning why they would make a guy the highest paid receiver in the league after signing Whitehead to a monster contract and already having Burnham on a new deal that was a decent discount.
