Als @ Champs PGT

November 6th @ 6PM

Last home game in the regular season.

What will the injury list look like coming off the bye?

How much will the starters play?

I think the roster will look pretty similar to our last game with Rose and Castillo getting their first game of 2021.

We know what Rose and Castillo can do...their roster addition should be seamless....I think Harris will be at the controls for the Als...... Stanback will have a harder time adding to his rushing yardage total and if we don't take it easy on them we should put them away quickly....Good game to get the kinks out

In the short time Harris was behind center last night, he did show some potential. Khari ought to be able to bring out the best in him.

Not a huge deal, I’d like to see the blue D keep the Al’s rushing game to less than 100 yards. The D is third in the league for rushing average, colder games coming, they manage Stanback, they would be ready for anything down the road.

Agreed - I wouldn't underestimate Trevor Harris.

For this first of our last 3 games I think we should take Collaros off of the roster. Put McGuire and Dru Brown in there. Then add Rose/Castillo (they will know how to do their job, they just need some reps). I'd imagine Shaq Cooper is not quite ready, but if he is put him in there as well.  After that rest anyone who actually needs it.

For the remaining 2 games we have to put our starters in and play to win (Collaros should get a look at Montreal). As soon as we let up that's when complacency and injuries happen. We have been healthy this year because of our trainers, but also because we are the hammer, not the nail. The starters will then have a BYE before the western final.

This bye week felt eternal..... This feels like the start of a new season. Let's ******* go!! The push for a repeat begins now.... Let's go Blue!!

I don’t think the sit Collaros at home. Lots of paying fans want to see the best players on the field. Only weirdos like us want to know what the back ups can do.

I’m also concerned that if our back ups struggle it puts an extra target on Collaros to knock him out of the game.

Yeah I wouldn't sit him either. Team needs to stay sharp. Can't give games away.

If you put the brakes on like that there is no guarantee you can flip the switch and turn it back on. You gotta keep playing to win every game.

Agreed.  Coming off a bye week I think all the starters play, especially at IGF.  Ideally it would be hammer down and then the depth handles the 4th quarter.  Gotta stay sharp, and keep feeding off all the momentum gained throughout the season.

They probably won’t be able to rest a lot of people just based on the salary cap.

The Calvillo led Als had that one on repeat...

Three more games left in the regular season. They have to play hard.

Yes. much like Sonny Wade did back in the 70's. Cruise through the regular season and then turn it on in the playoffs.

Thought we'd see Mourtada on there but my guess is he'll go head to head with Castillo this week and they'll end up cutting Ali before the roster is released Friday for Saturday's game.

Surprised they got rid of Dheilly. Appeared they were high on him. Mind you, can you really trust and cheer for someone born in Regina??

I don't know if it's better that my dad was born in Saskatoon?!???

Surprised about Roquemore.

Maybe he asked for his release? Or, maybe eith Briggs playing well we don't/have a spot for him to back up Kyrie?

Making room for Rose?

I don't know but he is in the Alex McCallister category of I wish we saw more.

Roquemore is a surprise and to an extent TYrell due to his N status.

Yeah. Rocquemore is talented. I'd expect us to dig up some other ni wr and maybe we will see orange get into game action finally.
