The ranchers are in control. I think some of these truckers may just enjoy all of the hardcore gay porn they are being exposed to and THAT'S why they are really sticking around. They had every intention of going home to their families but 18 naked cowboys in a shower is a hard offer to turn down

If it was harvest season 90 percent of them wouldn't be there however driving by it appears to be lots of very young people and people with signs that don't make much sense.  I really wish these people would stop pretending they represent the majority of people. 

The conservative premiers tho.. yup.. gotta vote them out folks. I'll take Wab over Heather eventho I dislike him too just not as much currently

I would love to see the gay community co-opt this occupation. A huge winter pride party all around the occupiers. Really press them on their espoused belief about personal freedom and "my body, my choice." I have a hard time believing many of the protestors actually believe in absolute personal freedom when it conflicts with their other deranged beliefs.

Why? What can he do about it if his boss (Heather) is telling him not to do anything? 

Since many provinces have now announced the removal of restrictions in short order and the blockades and protests continue,  it's obvious that there were other reasons why they are there.  I think it's a desire of of many of them to be involved in a Trump/ Maga type movement. That includes all the ugliness and hate that is deeply imbeded in that movement. I find it shameful and embarrassing to have the world watching this. I hope that there are many people moving away from supporting any  political party that is not actively fighting and resisting that movement.

There are still a fair number of Reformers for sure. However, AD just did a poll on support of the Freedom Convoy and 67% of those who identified as CPC voters stated they were strongly opposed to the Freedom convoy with a further 11% saying they had no opinion on it. It is left wing propaganda that the right is united in support of this. Far from it. Also, NDP has 17% of its voters polled say they were strongly in favor of the Freedom Convoy and Liberals 12%. There is support across the political spectrum and definitely the vast majority of Canadians, of ALL 3 parties. strongly opposing it. While the CPC certainly has the highest % of support amongst it's members it is still in the very small minority of it's membership and in line with what the overall national numbers of support/opposition is.

I think you are right in that there will be alot of regular Conservative voters that will be angry over this.  Will they move their vote ? Maybe. I have an extremely flexible vote that depends on the Leader and the issues of the time.  I have decided I can't vote Conservative Federally or Provincial again until they :

1- find proper leadership,

2- embrace the issues of the time, not the issues of the previous generation.

3-  can reflect the will of the general population ,

4- can convince me that they aren't willing to sell their soul ( and mine lol ) to just get elected.

So Ford has cleared the port of entry,  Kenny has cleared the port of entry  and our Premier is negotiating. Personally I would prefer the negotiation tactics of Korbin Dallas in The Fifth Element.

I tend to agree. Personally, I protest voted in the last federal election because I just didn't want any of them but your concerns are probably in the back of the vast majority of CPC potential voters right now. I know many people who would swing back to the CPC if these issues were to sort themselves out favorably. Right now it's hold your nose and vote and many people are hoping the CPC becomes a viable alternative.
