I'm glad he's got a chest. He'd really be in trouble without one!
I see you got there first, @Arnold_Palmer. Well played!

I didn't have issues with scheme on D. Kind of half rewatching now. Such poor execution, just sloppy really. I'm up over a dozen missed tackles on Crum behind the line of scrimmage and that's not even including all the times the ends overrun the pocket. Ends just bolting straight up field leaving huge gaps for Crum. As the guy gained confidence he sees more and more of the opportunities to move around. Keep that guy in the pocket, keep VAJ in the pocket, no chance they can beat anyone. Yeah it might take you 5 seconds to get a sack instead of 2, but you give those guys no chance to do anything because they won't be beating anyone from the pocket with their arm.
You are a brave soul to rewatch this one

This feels worse than the BC loss. Every team lays an egg from time to time. But this was a gut punch — an easy win they turned into a deserved loss

Also did Agudosi even see the field? Big waste of a roster spot that could have gone on D if so

We're the only team that he'd be a starter for.
Sorry @SpeedFlex27. I missed your comment above.

Love the change in arm slot by ZC on that TD throw and the hurry up after the previous play

Refs letting a lot go. Bighill could have got rough play on that.
I was thinking that too. The whistle came really late though. Ref needs to blow that down sooner when the QB is fully wrapped up.

Grant was for us until he went down
Oh yeah, thanks for the reminder! The punctuation is different on our depth chart and it slipped past me. You're totally right.

Generally all the Americans who aren't starters on D or O are designated Americans (used to be imports) if nationalized or not.
Yeah it's just a rarity to see the same player as a DA and a DN (from the few rosters I've seen anyways).

He can sub in 22 snaps total for any of those Canadians who are only tied to one starting spot on D. And he can sub in unlimited for any American player.
That makes sense, thanks! I understood the subbing for Canadians part but was puzzled why they used the DA on him too. But I guess that's because they have him behind a Global rather than another American
-
The ALLCAPS' use of the Nationalized American puzzles me. Looks like they have 5 Designated Canadians on defense but only Wakefield as a Nationalized American and he's also listed as a Designated American. My head is spinning, and I've only covered three of the six categories of player on the roster (in addition to Canadians, Globals, and players with Quarterback passports)! CFL needs to clean up these overly complex roster rules.

Yeah its the way to go, and a lot of elite level athletes do it now....I have never had better workouts....ever.....then when I train in a totally fasted state...more energy and strength and all around feel way better.
People have this misunderstanding of what Fasting even means, and what it does for you...in a nutshell makes you fat adapted and not susceptible to insulin resistance....and your body starts to run and function as intended...the ol 3 meals a day and snacks is totally wrong...and keeps your insulin spiked...and over time you just get fatter..and fatter...and body sicker...and sicker....when insulin is up/spiked...it's biologically impossible to burn calories...glucose...and have your liver metabolize energy stores into ketones and run optimally as it supposed to...simple concept people can't seem to grasp....also when fasting the body will automatically up your HGH levels to preserve muscle mass, and give you that oomph you need...so yes you can actually add lean body weight and eviscerate fat and body will absorb old dead cells, mitochondria....waste material ...etc...just lingering around in your system.....poisons and toxins as well through autophogy...look that up....
Ok...thats enough of todays tutorial lol....wrong thread for that
Fasting actually can eliminate the need for insulin in type 2 diabetics...almost cures it...Look up Jason Fung....one of the foremost experts on fasting...He's a Cnadian Kidney doctor tons of youtube stuff by him....Ok...I'm done I swear...back to football

Well-spoken kid in an especially tough situation in front of the media. Condolences to Dru and his family.
I was thinking the same. The questions were pretty direct and the first felt insensitive to me. Brown exudes leadership in what must be one of the most difficult situations of his life. I hope being around the team is helpful for him in his grieving.

No Grant or Dru Brown at practice.
According to the Free Press, Brown also missed Friday's game for non-football reasons (I guess we just went with two QBs). I hope everything is okay for him.
