To me, the most important thing McManus brings (apparently...) is instant credibility to an organization in dire need. No thanks. How you can do it I have no idea. True story that I would never get hired to do radio in Regina because I couldn't talk up the Riders. I've had that discussion with people from there before, and it's probably the only market in the country that I can think of, where you absolutely have to buy in to the Rider culture, because it's so ingrained in the entire province. "You're one of us, or get out" is truth there...
