Hoped for a better result, not not disappointed in their play today. They had the better chances on the first, dominated the second, looked good on the penalty kill and almost got through the one where the goal happened. Fluky bounce on the second one, so they really only got burned on the third goal with a bad read by Samberg when they were pressing. Even with the goals, play was pretty even in the third 5 on 5 I’m not quitting on this team yet.

The Jets don't deserve anything. They are not playing playoff hockey. This team folds like a cheap tent when they face adversity. They have been average since the All-Star break. I think the logic of putting to TT on the third line is that he would be able to bury the chances that Appleton keeps getting. Regarding to putting Apples on the first line, no idea. At least they broke up 81 and 55. 81 is a giveaway artist as of late. As long as he doesn't hold the puck from more than one second, he's good.

Chisari is a guy who would fit here. Has tailback skills. Showed really well in the 1 on 1's vs LB's/DB's. He'd be a guy the D would have to count, not like a Jackson or these FB's who can't move. Would be up gaining the blocking skills and special teams. Between him, Augustine, the receivers and a 6th OL you'd think you'd have any "fullback" reps covered in terms of bringing in extra blockers to backfield or edge.

Put up terrible numbers for speed and agility. Doubt he plays offense in the CFL. Better be good at special teams.

Nailed it. I feel like the 1on1s are far more subjective in the cfl than most places. The differences in competition is gigantic. I also feel like the drill work out stars don’t shine in the league that often. Herzog and Michael had pretty decent testing. Especially the Michael as he’s got that size.
