Honestly Brady was great considering everybody in the stadium knew who was getting the ball on first down. He had some very tough runs against a good run defense.

As much as everyone is all meh on the bombers after this victory, can you imagine being an Ottawa fan?  that has got to be a frustrating team to root for.  they win games they absolutely should not win and piss away games that should be blowouts.  How much time do they have left on Dyce's contract?  

 

also HH to TSN for the nice whole-play iso on one of Cadwallader's special teams tackles. dig seeing the special teams guys getting some camera time.

I'll take one loss with massive changes (I.e. fire Hogan,  playing Wilson,  bringing in new guys for both lines)  over saying 'F everyone else'  and no changes after a terrible win.

1. Vaval- The missed FG returns were the difference. 
2. Allen- After one really rough play on Ottawa’s first drive he recovered to have a really solid game. 
3. Brady- Running tough using the same play over and over. 
 

HH- That 30 yard loss sack of Brown that took about 45 seconds 

HM- Strev for the TD run and somehow being the winning QB with a stat line of 3-8-54-0-1

DM- The offence as a whole was laughable

I’d throw in SC as HH. We needed him to be on point today and he delivered.

Either this one or the 13-12 win over the Argos in 2009 with like a hundred turnovers and they won because of a Toronto last second FG miss by Medlock.

I don't know how they can look at thia game and stick with Hogan calling the offense... Brown threw 2 picks and Ottawa kept letting him throw. Streveler threw one into the shadows (brown had one in the same spot too) and suddenly he looks like he's been told not to throw unless a guy is 20 yards open. Receivers put catchable balls on the turf too... and on the pass wheatfall got clocked on, I blame that on whoever decided Wilson should be there. Dragged a db right into the way to allow that hit to happen. If it was designed for him to be there more shame on Hogan but most likely Wilson was just in the wrong spot.

That play where Lapo pointed out that Strev had a wide open guy (can't remember who) on the left side and he tucked tail and ran instead of finding him open was telling.  Like are we just going to run a wild cat all game, is that it?  Why even bother having receivers out there getting open if Strev won't look for them.  That TD would have sealed it, though in the end we didn't need it as Ottawa was sucking so hard it didn't matter.

Hogan needs to go no questions about it.   But even in our darkest days when Mike Kelly attempted to run his outdated bizarre scheme.... those qbs still managed to make more then 3 completions.      It is time to clean house and make big changes.

Yeah but first pass of the game was on target,  receiver dropped it. He had a nice shot to demski downfield but it wasn't a catch because the db tripped demski... Wilson could have made another catch. Wheatfall getting KOed i addressed earlier. That was not a qb problem there. 

There are huge problems with this team, qb isn't the biggest problem.

Lapo also said Strevy needed to grow a pair and stay in the pocket longer (needs to hold his water a bit longer was the phrase he used) to go through his reads or let the play develop instead of automatically tucking the ball and trying to run.

Biggest issue low key, how many times did the pocket start to close like I’m talking very slightly and he stopped going through his progressions. If his first or second read aren’t there he isn’t keeping his eyes downfield the field and that’s a problem.

OL is a massive problem for both QBs. I don't know what plays Hogan is calling so I'm not gonna claim he's doing a bad job. Having said that... It LOOKS ugly... So if they just want to quietly shuffle things behind the scenes... Don't throw anyone under the bus... But Jackson takes control of the O with a lot of input from Zach.... I'd be good with that. Nobody has to know.

Demski loses his streak because of a no talent qb throwing the ball. So unfair.

Struggling OL, QB, OC and the receivers could also do a better job helping out.  Our entire offense (with very few exceptions like BO) is a mess.
