like I really don’t think these changes are much and certainly don’t see it drawing new fans if that’s the end goal. 
 

streaming would maybe draw new fans. Imagine crave or even Amazon or Netflix picked it up. Huge revenue potential. I’m not sure how this helps the Montreal Toronto's and sorts. Just ******* with the on field while MLSE sits there and goes buffalo argonauts Toronto bills. Yes.

Wade supporting it isn’t a surprise but still a disappointment. But it sounds like they didn’t consult usports at all which is criminal.

It's very ironic coming off an 8 pass game and running a team that routinely trots out their kicker for long range FG's.  Like he does he watch the Bombers?

O’Shea probably isn’t allowed to say his take cuz he’d need a go fund me after to likely cover his fine. Rourke will be fined also. 

I also think maybe O’Shea is finished after this season. Like he calls it a bomber career. Maybe he coaches elsewhere but probably not right away.

I heard one of the other rule changes they were thinking of was to do away with the coin toss and either play rock paper scissors or guess a number between 1 and 10 but the vote was 50/50 so they didn't do it.

Longer play clock is stupid as well. Using American rules is going to piss off diehards like us while doing nothing to attract new fans. Of course, the new Commish is a long time Bell employee, so stupidity is to be expected.

Is scoring actually even down? Is it lower or higher than the NFL? Which league has more punting? Does anyone even know? Or care?

So I only dislike the play clock change inside the 3 minute warning. Otherwise it's probably going to speed things up with as long as they take to whistle time in.

Did they specify if the change would apply inside 3:00 as well? If it does that’s monumentally stupid. The clock stopping after the 3min warning is one of the best features of our league.

Taking a Quick Look at the first 3 weeks of the NFL 44 times a team failed to score more than 20pts. I’d say that’s pretty low scoring. In contrast all season in the CFL 31 times a team failed to score more than 20.
