On paper, things really looking up for the RBs. If they have a good FA and draft, things could turn around. Gonna be tough for anyone to pry Mauldin out of there now, I'd reckon...

Well..So far Jeffrey is the only one who hasn't given a hard no to the Riders, so like you say..OC by default. In fact that is how I will refer to him. Default Jeffery..or DJ for short.

So who is Hamilton going to grab at DC? Their D was legit - just on the field all game.

I thought Benevides defense played very well last season. It was the offense that was putrid. They couldn't get first downs, maintain drives & score.

Agreed.  The kept the Bombers close for most of 2 games, and some other good teams as well.

I figured Dyce would have kept Benevides. Guess not. 

Fun fact, Khari Jones has now had a player or a coaching role with every team except Toronto. Taking the Kevin Glenn approach!

Other than a few games that got away from them, Benevides D really hung in there all season. 

I expect Coach Dyce to be creating a culture first organization. I expect he’ll try and bring FIFO to the room and I doubt that fit Benevide’s style.

Why do you say that? 

Probably just a matter of Dyce feeling that Miles will be a better fit with him and his coaching team..not necessarily a better coach.

I first met Bob over 30 years ago, that’s who he was then and from everything thing I know about him, still who he is. If they give him the time and change the roster where he needs to they will be a very tough team to beat.

My concern is that they will need to be patient, much like MOS arrived here. They will need some time to assemble all the pieces on the field, not sure it can be done in one or even 2 off seasons.
