Hamilton had a tough season this year but I  can't imagine him getting the boot with their recovery in the last half of the season.

Hard to say for me.  Since June jones left they haven’t improved or changed. Same team trying desperately to hold on to being good enough. Like the bombers after 2001. 
Coach o isn’t the problem but the whole character of that team needs a big overhaul.
