Those other times are useless to me, because I didn't see them. 😁

Bauming's comment confuses the hell out of me.

I’m sure he means “unlikely” which would be the first game Big Stan has missed since he got here due to injury I believe (unless that MTL game at the end of last year was injury related).

UNLIKELY....unlikely.......looks like a typo or my dementia is acting up again

Bryant finished the last game just fine....resting the big fella won't hamper his game production...he needs no reps

If Gray was going to play at tackle, wouldn't they put him at RT?   Is that why they are suggesting he is taking Bryant's place just for the practice reps and everyone else can stay in their position.

That was the only way I could reason it, but wasn't sure.

Yeah, you make a lot of sense with this.

Probably what is happening

pretty sure of it to be honest...he'll be playing...especially against the undisciplined Riders...no way in hell is Osh gonna put ZC at that risk this late in season

Grey went in as LT for a drive in the banjo bowl when Stanley got nicked up they drove the field for a TD

He's subbed in for Bryant at LT at least 3 times including almost an entire game replacing Richmond late last season against the Stamps, he's looked great in that time and did not allow any sacks.

Yeah he has done fine there when needed, and think he factors in as one of our tackles in near future

Wouldn't that he a hell of a thing if Geoff Gray turned out to be the adequate replacement (you'll never truly replace the future HOF-er) we've been hoping for??

This would be incredible.

Thought Geoff Gray played well for being thrown into the breach on short notice and into a position he hadn't played much at of late.

Agreed. I think he has the skill set to be a damn good tackle. Slide Dobson in as guard in his spot. Should be good to go.......having said that . I think Big 66 aint gonna miss this one.

One of the American tackles would be getting reps with the 1’s if Bryant is out.

Gray gets the reps if Bryant can play but can’t practice because he’s next up at LT if Bryant goes down in game.

Anyone have updates on Ellingson or Houston?

If we did, they'd have been posted. Bombers don't reveal a whole heck of a lot.

Not disagreeing with you, but if we did have Gray play the whole game at tackle ( where he might be arguably better than guard ), that would free us up to have an American playing somewhere else.

Based on the article today on Gray it sounds like he is starting

yeah...thats also a nice option as well for a game and to be able to see one of the new guys gets some reps...and see what they have

If Gray starts it will be very interesting to see how he does.

Reading that article doesnt lead me to believe he is starting....but we will see...regardless of who's there this week I think we take care of  business handily

I am expecting a complete beat down of the Cryders.   After that loss in Hamilton, I hope the boys are fired up.   I am a bit concerned on our defensive depth and our D-Line push to get in Fajardo's grill.

Cannot wait for Friday!
