Long, long range weather (as of November 22): High -3, feels like -9. Wind 21. 

(as of November 24): High -11, feels like -18. Wind 26. 

(as of November 26): High -5, feels like -10. Wind 18, gusting 27.

(as of November 29): High -9, feels like -14, Wind 14, gusting 24. 

(as of December 1): High -7, feels like -12, Wind 20, gusting 30. 

(as of December 3): High -5, feels like -12, Wind 33, gusting 50.  This is interesting, the wind has picked up SIGNIFICANTLY, to the point that I don't even think the kicking game is going to matter. But, the high on Monday is -22, which tells me it's likely the temperature will get much colder prior to or during the game. The weather is definitely going to be a factor but we're still too far out to see what the full impact will be. It's going to be fun.

Great post. Was remembering the Banjo Bowl and the fight they started after the details of the spit/Lemon ejection came out. Harris was lucky not to get tossed for the helmet rip, clearly they baited Lemon and got away with it. Would not be surprised to see them try it again.

Apparently the last time the Riders played the Bombers in Winnipeg in the west final was 1972 to go on to the Grey Cup in Hamilton. That was the legendary missed FG followed by a bunch or kicks in and out of the end zone leading to a Rider win. Let’s hope history is more on our side this time!

Our defense specialises in beating down teams. Not just beating them, but physically dominating. Put together a 10 play drive against the Bombers defence and get the ice bags out because you earned every single yard you got the hard way. It's why the bombers 4th quarter numbers are so ridiculous this year. They exact such a toll on the opposing offence they can't last a full game against them. The riders are a pretend tough team, the Bombers are the toughest team in the league. Every single man on that defense will whip your ass on the field.

Speedflex has only relived the agony of those last few minutes on these forums oh, about 100 times at least.  Thankfully my Bomber memories only start kicking in around 1980 so I have no knowledge of that game.
