Game Day Thread- Bombers at Arblows

After last weeks game,I see Nichols coming out mad and will correct his mistakes he has last week. 35-16 Bombers.

  • I don't think Nichols needs to prove anything to a bunch of keyboard warriors. A win is a win.

I doubt Lapo is calling those check-downs. That's Nichols unable to get through his reads and then ditching on the play.

  • Let the other teams have competitive games, I've seen enough tight Bomber games, I could comfortably live with stomping teams the rest of the time.

I still maintain that a marginal win is not good enough for the Bombers and Nichols in particular. After that terrible outing against the TiCats, Nichols has to redeem himself in the eyes of fans and, more importantly, his teammates. The team has to believe that when the rest of the team is having an off game, their leader will step up and take control of the game.

I will take a win in any form if it helps the Bombers get a home game in the Western Final.

Arblows use all 3 QB's including Zach who rolls back sees Kongbo coming on the blitz, takes a knee and retires right then and there.

Old fashion ass kicking is what we all want to see.

I would love to see a good ol fashion ass whoppin as well.  Been far too long since I felt confident we'd win the easy games.

I've already seen enough ass whoppin's this year. I'd rather see a closer game where we win.

You'd rather the Bombers struggle to put on a big lead against the crap Argos?

I'd rather see the Argos make a game out of it instead of a blowout that's over in the first quarter.

Are these not the same thing though?

get it back together tonight and drop 60 on 'em. **** those guys....time to start this weekend off right!

Settle for a cleaner game (balanced game on O, without turnovers)....and 2 points

I just want to get the 2 points and leave without injuries- everything else is gravy.

Also- I totally expect Cleyon Laing to try and tattoo our QB's face with the crown of his head at least twice this game. **** i hate that guy.

No they aren't.

The league will probably mandate that teams not run up the score for Argo homes games so that they don’t lose anymore of their 2,500 fans.

If the Argos are making a game of it, then wouldn't the Bombers be struggling to put on a big lead against the Argos? Who are in fact crap, which is reflected by their record.

I await your reasoning- it's something I always look forward to. <no sarcasm> 😁

You're suggesting that the only way the Argos can make a game out of it is if the Bombers play like crap. I don't think that's true.

Frosty... You know Jon won that battle right?

How I feel going into this game. Not sure which character I am though.

I'd rather not be torn apart by my own dogs, but hey, that's just me (and no spoiler, I didn't say which guy that was)...
