wow... I'm almost tempted to say this trade seems too good to be true... I don't think Glenn is a huge downgrade from Willy... and then we get a first, upgrade a 4th to a 3rd, and get a high quality DB... have to wonder where Heath fits in to an already stacked secondary... 

I said I would be off the Walters wagon if this happened. Gotta eat a bit of crow on it. I like everything about this trade except Glenn. If he is taking snaps for us at any point this year I'll throw up.

I'm surprised we gave up on willy like that for more depth where we are stacked???  

 

My my future prediction, will becomes a star and he creams us in the next few years...

I absolutely love these trades. Great work by Walters. Glenn > Willy at this point in their careers. Health had a great game today. The picks are pluses.

Why it's not like qb injuries follow Glenn around or anything

bigblue... no kidding.

CJ ROberts and Posey will be gone, johnson and Fogg as secondary depth is insane.

That's one way to sell more tickets for Saturday.

Heath has been a standout. Great find. He will be terrific and I'm glad his play has been of such a level to allow us to address a QB shortage. He's a playmaker, enjoy him.

Having Willy play with Milo/Brady/Ray shepherding him could yield big dividends. Too soon to say he's the Argo's QB of the future, but you couldn't bet against him maturing under Milanovich.

It's more the GM part in terms of assembling a team of assholes...not the good assholes that other teams hate, the ones who teammates can't stand.

So I'm guessing we will still be seeing LeFevour at QB... I doubt Willy can start right away

Three things:

1. Good luck Drew.  We'll see you around.  Like on Saturday.

2. Welcome Back Kevin Glenn!  

3. Our coffee is going to be improving at the stadium for the fall/winter.  Kevin knows coffee quality.

 

 

I'm not sure Walters knows what kind of heat he put on himself when Glenn throws his first pick 6. The boos will be louder than ever.

There may be more trades coming we don't know about yet.  Or some guys may be hurt and we don't know it yet.  Lots of moving parts here.  I am assuming there is a reason why we would take a DB.  Who knows what Toronto was offering.  It would have been nice to nab Coombs if he had been available, that's for sure.

I'm hoping to see Willy start and get pulled after 3 quarters cuz he doesn't start playing well until the 4th. 

Wow. Seems like we did quite well. I like having two first this year and having the Glenn insurance policy.
