That's probably the most frustrating thing about this roster.  There are Americans on our team who completely don't belong on a CFL roster, even after a few years, like Knox, Lankford.  These guys should be interchangeable, you shouldn't need more than a season or even a few games to figure out how to play WIL at a decent level and not screw up in basic ways.  If someone is still making these mistakes after two games you run the next guy in there.  Knox is done.
As for Lankford, he's great at taking kickoffs from the goaline to the 25 and out of bounds.  We need better and it's a joke that he's taking regular snaps at receiver.  Thorpe, Washington, probably most of the NIs we have kicking around and about 5000 wannabe pros in the US could fill that role and be more productive.  Time to say sayonara.

Just for the record - the nipples of any male mammal are part of what determines what kind of nipples their female offspring will have. So, you're basically saying Burke was not completely useless.

Grant apparently gets credit for 1 rush at 10 yards,  but yeah 7 attempts for 11 yards by Marshall (1.6 yard average)  I haven't seen that kind of run stoppage since the great Ricky Williams got schooled at Canad Inns

Same here. I don't annoint Nicholls the saviour but as of now he puts us in the best position to win.

yeah the vomit comet. Every defensive player dreams of hits like that. Hardest hit ive ever seen in the cfl. Because of his play on teams when macho is healthy im sure he will get up on the roster but another game or two like last week and loffler will be locked in imop.
 

I can't hear Terry Ray's name mentioned without thinking of that hit he laid on Pat Woodcock. Macho Harris wishes he could do that.  I'm no fan of Harris, I hope the emergence of Loffler keeps him out of the lineup for good.

There were quite a few drive killing mistakes and quite a few close calls that all of a sudden makes his line a lot worse if Edmonton doesn't blow it.
Great stats. But I'm not sure how you're in a position to question how I feel when you admittedly didn't even watch half the game.

And not to mention .. loffler and Frederick really stepped up on D 

The real problem is there really is no experienced guy out there. Higgins?  No thanks. Taman? Puhlllease. Tillman? Would they?  Huff? Not realistic.  
The only guys out there I'd consider are guys who haven't been gms but have been and are assistant gms... Sunderland in Ottawa. McAvoy in BC. That's it really. No retreads like Taman please.  Seriously if the choice was Taman or Walters... I'd stick with Walters. 

Anyone else hate that whenever the Bombers do well, we give them some stupid nickname ... instead of Swaggerville, Willypeg or Matt-nitoba, can't we just be the Blue Bombers?
