BC is stable today. But, if this owner gets bored, or becomes frustrated, they're back in trouble. Everyone is, but Saskatchewan and Winnipeg, if they don't have seen winning seasons. I'll put Hamilton in the same category but if Caretaker Bob leaves and Stelco sells, they could be in trouble. Montréal, same story, Toronto, Ottawa, etc.

Edmonton is a good market, they've just been kicked in gonads for so long. And, they won' the GC in 2015!

It's very unlikely that the Feds would put money into the O. It won't be used for a national event or a national team/program. There are also no infrastructure programs, that I'm currently aware of, that are targeting this type of infrastructure.

JT could be a very good, seasoned vet, behind Lawson. Providing depth on a limited basis. Or, if there are injuries. I would prefer to just move on but the Bombers must believe he has one year left in the tank.
