Yeah their revised rules state that the CC can intervene when a clear & obvious error had occurred. That was not clear or obvious - TSN had to slow it down & replay it like 3-4 times and even then it was iffy. The call on the field should have stood.
It's Toronto. You knew it was going to happen because it always does. The commish wore Toronto colours to the game, FFS.

Hervie must be able to talk some serious **** to convince so many different people he's just what they need.
He's Pinball's evil twin.
He's Pinball's twin. He's just been held accountable (sometimes).

Didn't Hervey already get run out of a GM job for being a bit of a loon, or am I thinking of someone else?
That's him. The sideshow starts again.

I'm not sure where we are with our cap, but it could be a good year (2024) to go over and create cap space for next year.

Tell Collaros to renegotiate. Shave $100k off his salary and move it to the PR funds. Spend like drunken sailors on OL, DL, and WR.

We should deploy a running back to ease the pressure on Zach. If we could just find one good enough.

The poor coaching and offence is totally overshadowing the fact that we got fn jobbed hard by the refs, TSN and command center. I watched that Lawler catch over and over with the only replay angle they gave us...and I couldn't see his heel touch the line. Likewise a pass breakup on Demski or Lawler where the DB was way early and they never even gave us a fn replay. All the non-calls for holding (which I know can go both ways) and obvious offsides not called...but the lack of replays on close plays was a real tell that they didn't want us examining the calls.
Didn't cost us the game, but made it very clear that we would have had to destroy the Argos to win it. It was decided very early.

Jeff Hamilton piece from last week had details about an expletive laced tirade that MOS went on to the entire room following a loss earlier in the year. He's very much in charge, but also believes the vets can handle the room for the most part.
And, they can. Have you ever heard about issues in that locker room?

On a positive note, our Mod team had another excellent year. I appreciate all the work the MBB crew put in to keep our discussions in check and our talk above board. Thank-you!

I still can't believe how offside 32 was on the first pick six and that it wasn't overturned.
This game was decided early in Toronto.

I called it! Embarrassing... Actually if it wasn't for the pandemic and a weakened set of competition I'm pretty sure this organization would be 0 and 5. They were lucky that there was not the normal competition in the CFL for those 2 years. Just not competitive with the big markets. They have never been that good

Their BEST refs.

So, no holding at all?

This game was decided in Toronto.

The CFL can be so terrible in quality sometimes. These are their best refs. Their best.

Yeah, looks like they're going to have to move. Because we know that billionaires won't spend any of their own money.
