Commonwealth, BC Place, and Rogers are just to big for the CFL. All the new stadiums are the right size and with the Argos moving to BMO and the Riders new place they should have no problem selling seats. Hopefully Calgary gets a new place in the next 5 years and just about every one should be happy with there stadiums.

We beat Montreal, who beat both Hamilton & Calgary. Other scores don't mean that much.Bc's secondary isn't very good, and prior to last night their run D wasn't very good either. I love the parity in the league this year. No easy wins. The Jets 1.0 have lost money consistently since 1971. If i remember correctly the jets did not control anything associated with the building. Also with all the revenue streams available to this team they should have made money by now. They papered the building from the time they got to glendale making it look like they were doing good business. But even with some of the lowest tickets in the nhl they only fill the building unless chicago or detroit show up. Since going to glendale they have had numerous ownership changes and still nothing. They are an drain on the nhl and the sooner the nhl moves them to a better market the better for the league. There tv contract pays them nothing and their viewership is nill.

Special teams on a whole really was a sore point last night. Looked like a few brain cramps. On the blocked punt Calgary did load there left side and the Bombers did pick it up for the most part but Harjullahu should have seen this and adjusted by either speeding up the punt with one less step or taken a step to his left. Even a shank punt would of been better. Stoudamire just seems to have great returns when he goes straight up the field, at that point of the game he's decision was wrong. Hopefully they can correct this during practice this so when this stuff happens again they'll be better prepared.

Comes down to poor coaching and poor player decisions on the field

Toronto isn't a sports town it's not even a hockey town, it is all things Maple Leafs end of story. As for the league i'm gonna wait till week 7-8 to really look at attendance figures, but i got a bad feeling. Toronto will be flat Montreal is dropping Ottawa has new car smell and Hamilton, new stadium and good team. Vancouver has already closed upper deck, Edmonton is just to big makes crowd look small,Calgary is stable, and Saskatchewan is Saskatchewan. Winning helps attendance in certain markets but you can be winners every year.

This team is not going to win by signing free agent so they absolutely have to hit with draft picks. Like you say the cupboards were bare but now are full so if lets say 5 out of the top 10 prospects ranked this year make the team in the next 3 years we will be in great shape

Washington spent the whole night getting turned inside out by S.J. Green. There's just no push from the def. tackles. Love Adams at corner wait till he gets more experience. If we had better choices at lb Randle would be back at corner. Better game from Bass but nothing really from Westerman.

Bingo, the last 3 seasons he's been decimated by injury plus he's 34 yrs. old. Sometimes some players have the worst luck, He really has missed a lot of games the last 2 years.
