You accepted status quo because it was comfortable for you. That comfort has now become painfully uncomfortable. Uh. Promote Marcel Bellefeuille to Interim HC and Buck and Howell as co OC's. O'Shea just isn't ruthless enough to be a HC. Don't care really but promoting MB to coach would be the end of a lot of fans. The fact is he has never been in charge of an offense that has ranked above 4th in the CFL in any given season in all the important categories. In fact, his offenses have almost always ranked in the bottom 2 or 3 in the league. If you are the old fart you claim to be you should have known this. Research is your friend. Why would you want to settle for a mediocre offense which is what you will get with Bellfeuille. Coming up short in one aspect of the game results in less likelihood of long and short term success. The record is what is over the last 3 1/2 years, whether you accept it or not. We have a guy on the staff who has a better record as a HC and has actually made the playoffs with his teams in consectutive years.
