The quote about player personnel is being taken completely out of context. I listened to the presser, and MOS said that he has always had the final say on player personnel. People just seemed to believe that Etch had final say, but MOS says he has all along and that won't change going forward...

O'Shea also said the new DC will not have free reign on player personnel going forward.  I wonder if he's talking about Etch not playing certain guys (like Sears) or him not wanting to bring guys in (like Ted Laurent).  Maybe both?

Some potential candidates for #Bombers DC gig: Mike Benevides, DeVone Claybrooks, Richie Hall, Barron Miles, Tony Missick, Kavis Reed.

My choice on the list would be Benevides, but I hope they at least take the time to talk to Claybrooks. 

I completely agree with this decision and for those who tried to argue that Marcel should have gone first, please shut up and try listening sometimes

Etch has decided to go into the personal training for little people business ...

... I also heard Claybrooks may have been in town.

 

Just in case anyone was curious, there was a meeting in Winnipeg recently that Devone Claybrooks attended.

 

Would go along with the report I heard that a Stamps Dline coach was seen in Winnipeg.

It's a bit of a recurring phenomenon in these parts.

 

If you wear a hat it deters some of the temptation to pull one's hair out.  That's all the help I can offer.
