If ZC cant go next week and he starts TE he should be shipped right outta the province....TE is clearly a long wat from being close to being ready. and he should be buying BO drinks and steaks for rest of the yr...we don't have him even without BLM playing we woulda lost

I liked what Mazz did...played great and should continue there, but no way should we continue with 4 imports...Eli is more than capable at center and flanked by Neuf and Mazz I like the physicality and aggression

We need that import at receiver or on defence...Did Korn even get reps in 2nd half?...I didnt notice him....good or bad so assume not...or very few

which is a load of crap as a vet...experience with a lot of our guys...coaches....what he is seeing....he woulda been just fine....he doesnt need weeks of prep...just another in long list of stupidity from the guy wearing the head set

I don’t think it was dirty, but it looked to me like the forearm bounced off the shoulder and hit Colllaros in the head. On purpose or not shots to the qbs head should be penalized.

There's also no reason there for the high shot. You're on a free run at a guy who is static in the pocket, break down and tackle him. This is a tackle sport, not a swing your arms at guys torsos/heads sport. I get arms and grabbing when you're chasing at RB's or returners running horizontal.

You can't judge a QB based on Conservative play calling. Their is a reason why Condell keeps going from team to team.

Condell is like the inverse Lapolice.

Lapo is all about "taking the top off the D" with vertical routes and 1-2 unders, run the ball.

Condell is purely screens and mid-range pass game, width of the field. We just don't have the receivers to win on 3 levels nor the guys to grab a bunch of YAC.

Thought the D was actually decent tonight even when bo was still playing. Any time you get a win with Elgersma taking most of the snaps you take it and run.... but never should have happened. This is why you put Dru Brown on the roster after you trade for him.

Great W. Defense was for sure solid, though they could have caught the passes Bo threw to them. Very happy how they handled Tre Ford late.

Elgersma managed the game and didn't make the same mistake Ford did. And that was the difference.

I'm not adding much to the conversation, but I was happy to take in a win live on the road.

The D is pretty much full marks for this win. Holding any CFL opponent to 13 points, is solid. No sense playing the 'what if BLM' game either...both teams lost their starter.

Throwing 3 yard passes takes practice. He needed to study how they draw those up.

I put this on the coaches for having zero Plan B on an aging injury proned QB. If they have no faith in a rookie then why is he slotted as #2 and not #3?

I thought the Ti cat DL let Zach off easy. Just a few years ago Collaros would have been broken ih half or flattened like a pancake with a broken shoulder or collarbone. There's a reason why Tom Brady played until his miod 40's while Joe Montana only made his mid 30's. Remember the Matt Nichols injury?

Agreed. We have four receivers who can play. One can't. Cobb is useless & defenses know he's just a decoy. But at least he gets to practice his routes. Wilson is our stretch the field deep threat but we need someone else.

Seemed like they played it pretty safe once Elgersma came in, thank god for Brady... Gotta think the Ticats knew he was getting the ball almost every time

Mazzccua could be a good one with some time, definitely a road grader when he knows where to go

Seems like the Bombers just need one receiver to step up every game... Pokey, White, Nield and Demski have all had their moments this year, none dominating yet

So are you saying if BLM had not been hurt that we win this game? Moving forward would you want TE as our starter over Dru Brown? That our gameplan without Zach should be 5 yard passes?

Yes we can go on a tear if our D keeps up the good work and each opposing team loses their starting QB and have nobody of note to replace them in game. 125 yards passing is more then enough to win in the CFL.

Pre-game, O'Shea said it's because Dru just got to Winnipeg and some of the verbiage is different from the last time he worked with Condell. Lol. I didn't hear or see any post game interview yet.s

Credit where credit is due: Our Ol dominated when they had to. Their run blocking domination was reminiscent of 2019 & 2021.

Defensive backfield really stepped up. As said, Williams played very well. So did Moxey. Lawler is going to get his spectacular highlight reel touchdowns no matter what & he did tonight. However, the Bombers controlled the Ti Cat passing game & slowed the game down to the point they could compete. Once BLM was injured, the game was over.

Elgersma came in & did a great job managing the game. he made no mistakes & looked poised even though all he threw were checkdowns or little screens. Credit Elgersma with being smart enough not to take any risks.

Credit Tommy Condell for using Brady the way Buck Pierce did to lock down games in the fourth quarter. Last year, Hogan would have gone down throwing the ball.
