yeah, the dude had some serious success with MBT in Edmonton -- his OC track record isn't long but it looks pretty good.

Miller worked with Elgersma in a couple of Argo training camps.  Maybe that’s why we’re interested in him again.

I was pretty young but iirc it was more of a Dru Brown situation where Danny Mac wanted to start and left in FA.

Meh, if I'm not mistaken Condell and Zach both were Ti-Cats in 2014-15 where Cats were 9-9 and 10-8 with Collaros slinging the ball and Condell as OC.

Yeah, do we really want the guy who put together the Ottawa offence, and has  consistently been in charge of groups that can’t run the ball for ****?

Except he didn't start for another few seasons.  He went to BC in FA where he backed up Danny Barrett and then Kent Austin.  Austin got traded after the 1993 season and McManus finally got the reigns in 94.

The offense even with an actual qb in Dru Brown under Condell in Ottawa was still so bad,

yeah...great player and local ties and all....but for a RB where you can the same kind of work/production out on an American for a third of the cost....well thats when you have to make the smart decision and move assets amd sms elsewhere....You also need an adequate back-up thats Canadian when you are rigid with the ratio and refuse to adjust it due to injury....which we have shown we are, and pretty rare to have a Canadian rookie or entry level guy who can be no drop off, and if you have to have a vet guy...Like we did for yrs with JA...Well that aint cheap either....

We moved on from other guys with a high ask before.....and some were not even as obscene as to what BO may want
