Osh should rightfully get a lot of blame for tonight but also hard to watch that and not think there was simply a talent difference too so that's on Walters. We just don't have the guys this year.

We are going to be in a tough situation where we are fighting for a playoff spot so need to scrape wins together, but also need to attempt to find some long term solutions, particularly at QB. Like no wonder Osh plays Collaros when he's even remotely healthy, they have no chance with Streveler at all. Which tells you what you need to know about Wilson too. They gotta find a QB for 2027.

We're punting 2026?

Listening to the post game, O’Shea said Strevelers play was gritty and made some great throws, and that not once did he think about making a change at quarterback. Absolutely delusional.

In the end they lost by 11. We would have lost If Wilson was given some reps also but doing that prob means Streveler is cut. By not taking him out you can say this is what he is. Thought the game plan was fine. Using Brady was smart. Strev made a few dumb throws tho. And he does that every time he plays so it’s not on the OC. I mean ppl begged for Streveler to start. Now you begging for Wilson after a half.

Honestly I know it bothers people but there are almost no coaches (and certainly almost no good ones) that are going to light their team on fire in public after a loss. This is just standard operating procedure.

Definitely can criticize him for his actions or inactions but whatever he wants to repeat to the public doesn't really bother me. Coaches have their lines, and they'll usually stick to them.

You beg for Streveler. Strevs your boy. Then after a half you begging for Wilson. It’s just always something.

Nobody expects a coach, certainly not this one, to throw a player under the bus but his inaction (ie: not willing to staple some players to the bench) gives the impression he's ok with their performance.  He might be the only person who watched the game and feels that way.

Expect the D to be perfect but the QB can’t throw for 200 yards.  Wasn’t a blow out tho and that’s what I predicted. I knew they would lose. I’d think most of us knew they would with Streveler starting. With him starting you need your d and sp teams to score. They didn’t. Actually gave Hamilton 14 points on his own. Not good. Take away those 14 tho. Oh damn. We win.

It's sad watching Streveler play now.  His game was built on athleticism, not being a great passer.  And he's probably never going to be more than about 80% of what he was.

He's not enough of a threat to do anything with his legs so there's so little attention paid to him by the D and way less space for the receivers to operate.  And he's not accurate enough to manage a game to the point of being a winning QB in those conditions against a good team.

And I’m pretty sure O’Shea actually believes what he’s saying…. He’s not just trying to spare his players.  I really think he’s halfway delusional…. Maybe all the way.

Yes but that's what I'm saying, you can criticize his actions (not pulling a player, etc) but really whatever he says tonight or tomorrow post game is not something I'm personally getting worked up about. I don't really care what he says about Strev tonight for instance. The more he plays him though (and doesn't change QBs) will increase my criticism of that move.

Most coaches look at their roster & makes changes. They move gujys around. They do what they have to do to try to win. Not Osh. He just plays the same lineup. He makes changes only if there are injuries. He just says everyone's a starter.

You guys think a HC should crap on his players publicly?

Yea. 2019 Strev had a chance of developing into a starter. 2025 Strev does not.
