Case can’t keep his feet under him, fell down on almost every play the ball went remotely close to him. Had a big drop when the game was winnable, fell down and lead to an easy pick also while the game was winnable. He returned 3 kick offs for 21 yards each which isn’t good and no punts. Vaval was worse on KR, but if that’s enough to stay in the line up, that’s really damn sad.

Yeah...he didnt do anything impressive...was exactly as his 4...5 games last yr...if that's best we can find...or are happy with that...we in for long season

Right move magic feet to special teams and give Mitchell a shot. Maybe he’s that one unique player who sucks in practice but excels in games. There was always that one guy when I played competitive sports who was like that.

I'd put Case in Sterns spot.  Can do a lot more at all levels, way more burst, better hands.  Really need to get someone in here with a catch radius to help these QB's out.  Clercius is big but doesn't work in the crowded space inside.  Get Mitchell on, even if he can win a few vertical routes a game that's something we're missing right now.

You saw the game, at least he put an honest effort, can't say that for the majority of the team. And yes it was sad how unprepared and unmotivated the team was.

Two of his falls were from him trying to contort his body to catch a ball thrown behind him (td & pick). 
 

He had a nice 30+ yard return. The last two kickoffs(iirc) were popped up and fairly high and short. Don’t think we started inside our 35 with him returning.

Case is bad. Why is a 5 foot 8 bad route runner someone we need in the lineup next week.  That being said there probably isn’t anyone better at the moment.

I’m not big on him as a receiver, but do think he can be at a decent returner for us.

Overall the best part of that game was the friends we made along the way.

Made it through the game with help from a bit of liquid courage and a Do or Die attitude.

Gotta make your own fun sometimes. And I think there will be a lot of that this year. This team looks...toast.

The pick was way out in front of him and so was the drop. He was literally facing the qb hands out and dropped it. The pick he fell way before the balls location in flight. No turn or movement for either. 

Calgary was literally cooling their heels in victory for his last returns. Vaval has had more good return games than case has had good returns, and far more worse returns and games last year. He was miserable in decision making trying to run side line to side line on every punt he didn’t muff. 
 Vavals longest kr was just short of 30 too. 

Vaval needs a reset. Maybe one till next tc. But case is a mediocre band aid at best.

1.    3 pick 6's and an interception on the goal line.   Thats 28 points....in a two game series. Veteran QB's just can't do this stuff.

2.  Bonds is officially the opposition's go-to-guy in the secondary......get him the hell, out of there.

Well the game was close until Zach got hurt but our D is a huge huge problem so my 3 turds are all gonna be on D. They couldn’t stop a pass or a run. They look old and get zero pressure so here we go 

1. Willie Jefferson. He does nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Then he takes one of the most selfish stupid penalties I’ve seen with the blatant helmet to helmet hit. Bench him. He deserves to be benched. Time for accountability. Start there. 
 

2. Bridges. Just the worst DB on the team and it’s not close. Dude literally stopped going after his man cuz VA faked a run and dipshit thought I could tackle him 40 yards away. Cut him. 
 

3. Wilson Jones Kramdi. Take your pick really. Just making tackles well after big gains were made. 
 

HH to Brady and Demski who tried. The rest of our Vets tho are cooked. Streveler is as immobile as Masoli. 
 

The D needs wholesale changes across the board. Thomas needs to play way less. It’s just stupid at this point. In my opinion it’s damn near at the point where O’Shea needs to make changes or it’s time for O’Shea to go also cuz it’s apparent that lots of these guys especially on D, Calgary D is good, our O was capable with Zach. Without? Not so much at all really. But it’s apparent that there’s a handful of guys who should probably be released right now. 
 

1. Bridges. 2. Willie. 3. Thomas 4. Wilson 5. Tony Jones 

That’s a start. Get woodbey on the roster  get Jon Jones on. Person can start. Bailey can come on. Mitchell can start next game on O for Case who will prob take Vavals spot cuz I’ll get Logan is cooked also

starting Thomas and playing him like he’s some all star and not a career avg backup is just insane. Ppl are paying good money for this and we getting honestly screwed over. That’s 2 ass woopings in a row, it’s time for real changes. If O’Shea refuses to make them then this will be it for him probably. Looking like this when you hosting the cup, either the mafia are complacent and delusional or 1 guy is or maybe 2 are. I doubt wade would be. At what point tho wade. We hosting bro and half our D should be released. O’Shea has no answers and his only solution involves more Jake and the vets. Dude was crapping on Streveler a bit but turns a blind eye to the garbage on D. No changes O’Shea? Then you know what by September, PAS gonna look like mosaic. It happens quickly. See all the ppl bolting with 10 minutes to go. People won’t keep buying tickets to watch a garbage product and that’s what they are right now. A garbage product. At this point the Jets give you more bang for your buck and they charge more. Bombers are not entertaining right now.

Three guys who didn't play well....hmmm, throw a dart at a roster sheet but here are three who come to mind:

#9 Bridges: He was picked on all night. The Calgary receivers tower over our D-backs.

#17 Streveler: Will he ever be ready to take the controls? I'm leaning towards No. After that pick 6, I expected Wilson to take the helm but alas no such luck.

#95 Thomas: Well, he was out there and he's Canadian. Anytime I see two of our Canadians on the D-line, I give my head a shake.

There are plenty of (dis)honourable mentions but they are too many to list.

And a 👎 to our coaching staff. The team was ill-prepared for the Stamps. Our coordinators might be in over their heads.

P.S. After a couple of years of Sheahan's punts, I still don't get it.

in hockey this is what loses coaches rooms and eventually jobs because the younger better players are held accountable or play under 10 reps or even zero like our draft picks, and they see the Willie’s half assing every play, they see Jake and prob think really huh. It’s just toxic to most pro sports rooms. Gotta wonder if that is happening here.  Shay smith Novak can’t be worse than Kyrie and Kramdi. Really. Maybe they make a tackle after a 3 yard gain instead of 9. 
 

on O it’s Kolo and really. After watching Streveler I’d play Zach with a broken hand also. Really need to bring in some real tackles cuz vanterpool good guard but looked lost at times. I wonder if he could convert to center. 
 

but with all that said. Bridges was doing his best London bridges impression last night all night also. Dude was the falling down because he was beaten like it’s 1940. and he’s a 2nd year guy. He’s gotten worse tho so that’s either poor or no coaching or just he’s not good enough. I’m leaning not good enough. Bring back El Dandy. Dude was atleast aggressive

Other than a CB, a DHB, MLB, and DE.....this D shows promise.....

Bonds and Bridges combined had more targets, catches and receiving yards against in the 2 game series with Calgary than Wheatfall (our #2 receiver) has in 5 games.

That was an exceptional torching of our corners.  And no adjustment.  Playing the same stupid cut cover on 2 man routes all day, every day.  JY's defense isn't that small, it just got out of the pool!
