Highly unlikely but might be their best chance to get him on the roster, take Sterns off and play Corcoran and bring Cobb on as the backup.

Astonishing to think Buck just used him as a battering ram. I wonder if Strev would have come back if Buck was still the OC this year. Gotta be hard to be used like a mule when you know you have some thoroughbred tendencies.

Peterson showed in Pre-season he had the chops...ot's not like nobody had faith in his ability....happy we won but wasn't because of a less than our best roster....Imagine if we put out our best...I said before the game when we win we would see posts just like this

Every one is replaceable. But we lost some replacement level guys for sure. Garbutt and fox were actually quite good in Hamilton. In a unit that is basically all our exes. 

Garbutt was more than good...Fox was good...BOLO even tho gone last yr was good...and he left cause he stood on sidelines all 23 cup with nary a rep as 3 other receievers hobbled around the feild...dont blam him for say eff this

as mentioned...we win and posts like this would most certainly pop up...we won in spite of it...but if WJ say went down...and Adams....which isnt a stretch to lose 2 lineman were wer screwed...same at reciever...one guy goes down....we sure aint helping out Srev with no real legit backup....wins always gloss over the bad stuff...went on here 2 yrs running now

If Brady can’t go, Cooley comes on. Peterson has to show he can repeat what he did, and mci is far away from being able to carry reliably.  
 

Hope Brady is good to go, but his injury was strange. I am concerned he will miss a bit.

Still beating the drum. Our roster won against a very good team. I said before the game that if we won by 50 points we would still see complaints.

Sucks but excited to see Peterson get more touches and maybe see what Cooley is all about in a bigger role. Hopefully Brady can get healthy and we get him back when it really matters.

Vaval to me looks like legit returner I wonder what if any role Logan will have when healthy. They can just keep him on the injury list reducing our cap hit and wait until we need him. 

Streveler looks like a legit backup qb. I just love how the new OC let him run the offence and he played against his old OC who never let him do that and beat him throwing touchdown passes while the highest paid primadona qb in the league couldn't get it done vs us under Buck's tutelage. Clearly Streveler is not himself yet with that brace and that made it a necessity for him to run the offence. I really wonder if the plan for him this season is to focus on knowing how to run the offence and to be backup. Just speculation but I think maybe they won't want him as the short yardage qb pushing off on that leg.

The real question I have is if BO is out next week where does that leave our ratio?  Peterson made a strong case to leave the ratio as it is. I hope we find a way to get Cooley on the roster and use a combination of the tight end set to get him on the field replacing Sterns with a canadian tight end and also use the designated american rule to give him a bunch of additional snaps and use a two back system. Thoughts?
 

Considering how well Peterson played, I would not have put Oliviera out there again if he had a hangnail. Kudos to Walters for snagging a blue-chip player for almost nothing.
