  • They still won the west and made a 5th straight Grey cup... they still had a top defense throughout the year and even in this game... it's not as dire as all that, some tweaks needed. Move on from som

In the hotel sleeping off some Van nightlife ... gonna get a late breakfast and then join the fan march escorting the Cup to the stadium. Thoughts and prayers to those of you at home stuck with Suitor.

Let's goooooooo!

My initial interpretation of this was you slept in a van last night

See you down there Johnzo!

Nothing better than a good Jim Barker hollarin'

If I have to hear “straight fiiiiirrreeee” one more time this year…

Re: 15 beers... That's ******* amateur hour. C'mon. The old poster @Coorsmanused to compete with the team. I can't remember if it was a beer for every point or a beer for every score... But it was herculean at times.

I'm generally a "not before Noon" guy, but on GC Sunday... Final game of the year.... Exceptions are made.

We have about 8 degrees in AB (tho 60kmh winds) so we're in the yard playing cornhole with @DTonOB on the Bluetooth speaker and a TCB Bomber Beer in hand....

LFG!

4 per quarter, 2 at halftime. Make it 18 and it's a dare

That's just crazy enough to work. I'm going in!

Not football related....but Bo Levi really said there weren't many options for food in Wpg lol.

Winnipeg has fantastic food options. Outside of Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver I think it’s the best city to eat at in the country.

Back in the old stadium you could usually find me in section K with a blindfold on by the end.  Usually needed it during those years.

Pretty sure it was points.... which got dangerous considering khari and milt...

I always thought @JimBarkersWoodenTeeth would make a good Twitter account, if a guy had the time and was so inclined....

Kick off in 3.5 hours right? 3 hours just is the start of all the bs?

Yup, tonnes of options you just have to know where to find them some you have to open your wallet some are fairly priced.

One of those guys was a buddy in one of my university classes back in the day. He was a Safeway store manager at the time when they all went to Vancouver for the 1990 Grey Cup.

Watching the NFL as I refuse to watch TSN constantly telling me just how great the Argos are even without Kelly.

A repeat of last weeks game in terms of intensity and execution and I'll be a happy man.  The added benefit is enjoying going to work tomorrow!

That might be how he has gone wrong. Just going to the wrong places. But in general foody culture is about knowing how to recognize great places and find them. It isn’t at all hard really.
Even then though down by the stadium you have tons of great food. Maybe his extent of food taste is chilis and outback steak house. But in that case he wouldn’t have done better in Calgary or Hamilton.
I could live very happily (not very healthily) off the bahn mi, dim sum, pho, pad Thai, satay and more and not go far from the stadium.

Here's a bold prediction... Tyrell Ford wins MOC.

That’s a good pick from our end. I could totally see him with multiple picks and or pick 6.
