According to Farhan Lalji of TSN #Bombers rookie WR Dalton Schoen is fully expected to be on the roster for the start of the 2023 #CFL season

I am hoping for a pleasant surprise signing by our team. That and some quality scouting that brings in a rotational de and a nice dt prospect.

I was wondering about whether it would be him or Schoen.  I'm more willing to bet we have three 1000+ yard receivers this year.

Probably wants a significant raise. with all the star receivers taking priority and getting signed between 200-300 k a lot of GM’s are going to be hesitant to throw North of 200 for Bailey. I guess that becomes the problem when your top receiver or two is making so much it’s the second tier guys who suffer because most GM’s will need to bring in a young American receiver to fill that hole. No doubt he’ll find a home but it may not be on day one.

I thought I heard/read he was eying up Calgary. I sure hope not. I’d rather re-sign him (if we can) or he heads out East. 

I think it's wishful thinking the Bombers are even interested in Bailey. There just isn't the room for him.
