September 17, 20223 yr By losing to Hamilton we have now made it a bit harder for Saskatchewan to cross over. That’s the only silver lining I can take from this one. Hopefully this thought can help some of you feel better about today as well. Edited September 17, 20223 yr by Blue_Dragoon
September 17, 20223 yr Author True! 12 and 2 is another wonderful silver lining. I’m definitely worried about this defence though.
September 17, 20223 yr Defense needs reinforcements...and get back to the rotation they used in beginning of yr...and not dressing guys u dont use....plain and simple...not worried in the least with offence and st.
September 17, 20223 yr I'm calming down. Whiskey is a hell of a thing. We'll be alright. Walters, the bye week is yours, sir....
September 18, 20223 yr Are we entirely sure that Ricky Ray and Dane Evans didn't switch places today?
September 18, 20223 yr Id rather be 12-2 then pretty much any other situations it’s the ups and downs of the regular season.
September 18, 20223 yr Other silver linings: Legghio had a good game O'Leary-Orange has fit in well, I thought Everyone else on this site also picked WPG to win, so I didn't lose any ground in the pick'ems
September 18, 20223 yr 2019 Hamilton smoked them in the regular season, the secondary had a lotnof warts, but Kyle's walters did his thing and brought some bodies in to help. I keep calling him the most proactive gm in the league, I highly doubt he will just sit on his hands and not being some help in.
September 18, 20223 yr The Bombers have not laid an egg before yesterday since week 16 and 17 in 2019

September 18, 20223 yr Yesterday was no fun, but, I'm happy for Ticat fans that they got to punch us in the mouth, and we hurt the Riders at the same time. We weren't going to win out, rest up and learn, then solidify 1st place. Get back to business after a week of R and R

September 18, 20223 yr U can expect 2 duds on any given yr...we have now hit our quota And yes in 2019 we had questions and juggling and in last 4...5 games made roster moves to solidify...I see that again with possible additions and or injury returns. Of not Woli too also finished off the 2019 season needing to wear a brace on his knee....u see...things are aligning just as we want...and 3 home games...2 byes to close out yr...we are just where we wanna be
September 18, 20223 yr The D Was shotty no question. We need reinforcements who can perform. DT position has been lacking and Gauthier at WIL is not a good answer there either. We will be fine.
September 18, 20223 yr Gauthier had 7 tackles. He's playing quite well. Bighill looks done or very injured to me Rose has had a tough season. Parker has potential but he's a rookie, Holm a rookie but don't think he got beat deep much like Rose does consistently this year. We need to be more aggressive on D... our dbs seem to play off 2 much, 10 yard cushions it seems, make it 5 yards instead? We need a game changer DB.. Alford was the guy last year, we had guys like Hefney Jovon Johnson in the past. Juran Bolden even types. We don't got that. We need a DT also, losing Stove has hurt, thats the spot I'd be concentrating most on tho. DT really DL in general A db who makes plays really... And maybe a middle LB for next season However 12 and 2 = 14 BC 9 and 3 = 12 So I'm betting most d players are banged up and the multiple byes will help Edited September 18, 20223 yr by Goalie
October 8, 20223 yr Author This has aged well. With the Riders playoff hopes hanging on by a thread I feel even better that if we had to lose a game it was against Hamilton. That is one loss this year that I will gladly accept given the circumstances.

No need to bring this up. 😁
October 8, 20223 yr If we were to threepeat and the riders were to miss the playoffs both in the same year I don’t know that there’s anything else I’d need to die happy.
