Early chat- Ticats vs Champs Grey Cup Thread

This Grey Cup scale is tipping our way but hopefully we don't take the same page out of Hamilton's 15-3 playbook. Qeathwr is looking quite good for a mid December game so our horses will be at full power. Lots to watch on today's game tape, O'Shea can clean up a couple coaching calls, players can clean some things up but I love our chances.

    Nice gesture by the enemy:

  • Can't wait to see what he does for an encore this year.

  • I always laugh when people say all the Bombers have on offence is a rushing attack. Collaros threw 20 touchdowns this year and nobody else threw 15. Kenny Lawler led the league in receiving.

I doubt this team acts and sucks in the press clippings like the Cats... especially after this game and all the screw ups...they will be laser focused.

If we had lost I would have been full bore Rider cheering as the Cats are probably the biggest group of asshats in the league...I see a similar result as 2019 and glad they won today..for some reason if we were to play the Argos it had me uneasy

I too hope the Queathwr is good.

2019 we went in as the underdogs and made a fool out of the Cats. This year they are the underdog at home with a sour taste in their mouth from the 2019 loss.
This is shaping up to be a Hamilton win but I just can’t see this Bomber team losing.

Leave Nolby alone he’s still drunk 🥴

This Bomber team is good. Got a scare in the WF. I have to believe we'll get the best out of our team in the Grey Cup. I like our chances

Anybody heading off to Hamilton? I usually go every year but the timing won’t work this year.

Should be a good game.

Today's result of barely squeaking through despite a lot of mistakes was probably the best result for us. If we had any chance of going in overconfident that should be gone now.

I'm glad the Ticats are the team we get to meet for the Cup. This match up is intriguing in so many ways.

Apparently the game is sold out.  They are releasing 500 standing room tickets.  Gonna be a hostile place for Bombers.

Im.jacked for this game!  Go Blue!!!!

Did they expand Tim Horton's for the Grey Cup?  Or is it still 24K?

Bad throws by Zac, lousy ball protection by Offense in general.  They just have to get back to playing clean, especially with Harris back, and things will be all right.   We have the serious D.

No, with the pandemic they kept it at the stadium capacity.

I don't drink but he's got a reason to worry though lol

I am sure we will hear Tabbies yapping all week, about 2019....and the Bombers will downplay it all...just go about business and have same results as 2019...thats how this team is built, and Osh doesn't even have to relay the message....He has the easiest coaching gig in the league...a self policed and smart team....and it's his creation....I see him being HC here for as long as he wants the gig to be honest

Let them yap.  Talk is cheap.

They will yap because that is what that bunch of front running dorks lead the league in.

We are the better team and our lines are going **** their **** up again.

The Ti-Cats have home field and the pressure will be on them to win at home.

We know who the better team is, though.

Haven't seen a ton of eastern games lately, how has Hamilton looked lately? Did they do anything to make us think that they won't get dominated on the line of scrimmage again?

It is hard to judge based on who they are playing.

They are the same front runners they always are.

They have quit in them and they have collapse in them.

Our lines will eat them up

they got a sort of "dead cat bounce" by switching QBs at the half yesterday, but there's no way the TiCats do that again next week. Evans isn't going 16/16 for 249 in a half against us...

Nor will we cough up 5 turnovers in a half...

I just realized we only played Hamilton once this year (first game). We have a much improved and healthier team this time around!
