no one should wear black this week

FYI the last 7 winners wore their home uniforms.

The last team to win in their away was Montreal in 2010 in Edmonton.

Not sure why we are not wearing our blues.

Never mess with a heater, I suppose... But I do agree those Blues are gorgeous. I will wear only blue all week.

I think it is superstition.  Won two in a row against nemesis teams in the whites.  Keep it rolling.  I am perfectly fine with that logic.  I was thinking seriously of not changing my underwear until the big game.

Waaaayyyyy ahead of you.

Does that correlate to the "home teams" as well.

Meaning, even though we're choosing not to wear the home uniforms, we're still the home team. So does the streak hold up?

Ideally you want this game in a snow storm to slow down Banks and Addison

He's a dynamic player when he's in the zone so get under his skin, throw him off his game and his negative energy will rub off on his teammates.

My guess is because he has played for both teams (and just to let you guys know - Abou stated that he was cheering for the Bombers)

yeah I thought he played for the Bombers.

are both teams practicing in Cgy this week?

HAM leaving tomorrow.

Disappointed that we are not wearing the royals; I don't understand why we would wear the whites >.<

I'm not a superstitious person, but I do think switching the jerseys can mess up a rushed QB trying to get rid of a ball and not get sacked

Wpg is wearing the road white unis

Ham is wearing their home all black unis

No fan of the black pants

He's a huge Rider fan and does Regina radio. There is zero allegiance to the BB

Interesting fact...in the last 6 quarters of play-off football this Winnipeg defense has not given up a TD...lets keep that rolling

interesting fact Hall and our D are amazing and patience has paid off my friends, but Hammy will still put up on 30 on us if the weather is good so we will need our O and STs to step it up

I wonder where the posters are that stated in the depths of our struggle this year that we would never win another game LOL

Ok mr smartie pants, when is the last time a 3rd place team won 2 road games and then the GC? Wasn't it like EDM in 2005 or something.

2019 BB beating the odds already just getting this far my friends.

Confirmed!!

"Interestingly, only the 1970 Montreal Alouettes have won the cup for the East while finishing third, while the Western third place team had never won the cup prior to 1989, when Saskatchewan won it.  BC has won it twice after finishing third, first in 1994, and again in 2000.  Also in 2000, the BC Lions became the first team to win the cup after posting a losing record in the Regular Season with an 8-10 record.  Somewhat surprisingly, the Calgary Stampeders repeated the feat in 2001.  In 2005, the Edmonton Eskimos became the third (fourth?) Western team to win the cup while finishing third, defeating the Montreal Alouettes 38-35 in overtime in possibly the greatest Grey Cup game ever!"

That's not possible. The best GCs ever were 1935, 1939, 1941, 1958, 1959, 1961, 1962, 1984, 1988, and 1990.

After that, in a distant 11th overall, is the 2009 GC.

We beat Calgary in their barn wearing whites,

then we beat the Riders in their toilet bowl wearing whites,

when we beat the Tabbies in Calgary's barn wearing the whites,

will have to purchase a white jersey.

Go Bombers, so want to go jersey shopping!

I wonder which Bluebeliever was that picked Calgary to beat the bombers in the WSF? I would love to see us in our Blue Jersey's, but right now it doesn't really matter as long as we win.

THE GREY CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday, November 24th. 5pm

This is going to be some game.

Home Blues. Away whites!!

LOL.  In the pic, Sara looks smug, Mike looks like he snuck one off and Biggie looks like he was the first one to discover Mike's release!

Lmao a Stampeders fan just suggested online that the cfl wanted the blue bombers in the grey cup, and scheduled them with an easy schedule to see it happen.

I can't even imagine how thick you have to be to think the league gives a **** about the Bombers.

So playing the top two teams in the west three times each is a easy schedule.
