There were 3 instances where costly penalties kept the the Calgary offense on the field, which resulted in points. One which was what should have been a game changing sack. Another was an illegal contact call after a critical knock down up front. These things can be corrected. 2. BLM passing for 300+ yards - that is to be expected when they are playing the best QB in the league. That is not and should not be a criticism of the Defense. 3. Our passing game is what it is. Combined with the running game, the offensive totals were similar - the Stamps had 50 yards more 4. In spite of this team's limitations, they lost by only 4 points. The final 'drive' was not a back breaker. The back breaker was allowing the Stamps to stay on the field in critical situations

Unlike previous years, no clear favorite to win it all this year. 29 years of futility not winning the Grey Cup with legitimate feeling of here we go again but still hope. Why not. Wrong sport but Let's not be like an Oiler 'fan' and decide when to throw the jersey in the garbage and when to wear it influenced by how well they are doing.
