this is a bit of a hot take...he's having trouble on the Corner, but he's still one of our best ST guys, and just a couple years ago he was considered the best SAM back next to Leggett....

Funny how Fenner gets no benefit of the doubt to some. Didn’t we win the game? He covered guys exactly well enough for us to win by seven.

He left Winnipeg after 2002 to go to the NFL. Got released in 2004 and signed in Toronto for big $ which was kinda BS because if I recall correctly, Toronto was being bailed out by the league.

The bombers were in on the bidding for bruce to return but the argos won by a narrow margin iirc. A lot of sore feelings on that one.
