Lets see if we can keep this thread a little more civil.

I found this interview very interesting.  A lot of soft balls thrown at Trump, he explained his back pedalling on his more extreme issues as a lot of his claims as opening bids for negotiation purposes.  Which .. whatever .. I still think that those are insincere claims he used to get elected.

He does now come across way more presidential then he did prior to the election.  A lot of his noise, yelling, and rhetoric has been scaled back.

So when does Trump's lawyer come out and say he wrote this one?

Its simple really the POTUS thinks that he is untouchable, above the law , can say absolutely anything and do anything and get away with it by calling all his accusers liars and fake news, truly the US is just a mess leadership wise.

Faux News calling it a win for Jones.

If you're referring to his congratulatory tweet, it was only mature for his standards.  It was a back-handed compliment & he basically tells Jones to enjoy it while it lasts because they'll get a do-over shortly.

yeah but chances are the do-over isn't going to go in Trump's favour, it's a shame that McConnell's seat isn't up for grabs next year
