Your post had merit until this spelling error.... then all I could think about were meat ends... gross.
Well, this was this sausage maker who, in tough times, took to filling one end of his product with pure fat. Then things got better and he could afford to make both ends meat.

Anybody else see the piece about the Raiders possibly doing an exhibition game at Mosaic? Isn't it bad enough those guys have to live in Oakland?
There's a good chance that whoever in the Raiders' organization will sober up enough soon to say, "WTF was I thinking?" and cancel the whole thing.

Terrell Sinkfield released by AAF team
Former CFL receiver Terrell Sinkfield has been released by the Orlando Apollos of the Alliance of American Football League.

What agenda would that be? Please tell me as I'm curious to know myself.
If you would like to know yourself and are having trouble with that, ask the RCMP. They probably have an extensive file on you.

There's another factor here- the more eyeballs watching CFL football, the more that advertisers are willing to pay. Multi-national corporations like Coca Cola, Adidas etc are willing to fork out big bucks to reach international audiences. Big foreign ratings are not going to come immediately, but its always wise to build for the future.

The film clips do not show anything all that outstanding about Mr. Warren. Only a half-dozen plays, though.

CFL has no bargaining power - open up all these channels and then lock out the players... I don’t think so
The teams have smallish budgets- the players don't have a lot of leverage, either.

I adore the word levity. Thank you for reminding us of how important it is in this day in age.
On that note: At a funeral, a man approached the widow and asked, "May I say a word?". The widow nodded assent. The man walked to the front of the church and said "Plenitude" and then took his seat again.
The widow smiled at the man and said, "Thanks. That means a lot".

Looks to be quick, fast, elusive and reads his blocks well. Why could he not stick in the AAF? Bomber sought to be interested.

That above post doesn’t make sense.
You would think Robert Vanech should be paying the league for not having his name associated with this undertaking. At the very least...wait to see what happens with the AAF before pulling out the ‘sue’ card.
With all the crap swirling around this fledgling league, it will be surprising if they finish this season.

Funny how he is always defending sex offenders.
Birds of a feather... apparently the Chinese women were forced to sleep on tables, had little access to showers etc, spoke no English and were not allowed to go out. By any description, they were slaves and were actually sold to the pimp(s). This is as ugly as it gets, and reminds me of the Hellfire Club in Victorian England. How could any sane person gain any amount of pleasure from engaging in degrading women who were so desperate and helpless? Kraft and his fellow tycoons should be held as responsible as the pimps and share equally in the punishment.
And R.Kelly should never see the light of day again.

We'll see what happens in san Diego as they had 29,000 fans last week. Football fans in SD are pissed with the NFL so this may be an FU aimed at the NFL by the fans there.
Yes, but the San Diego fans have seen real football of the NFL sort, and they are going to sour on this anemic substitute real fast.

Yeah, I watched both video's very closely looking especially at his face. He does not look fatter or pudgier, his face looks exactly the same. Except that in the training video his beard is heavier and the light shines in his face more. Shadows matter.
Also, there is no limp. When he was walking onto the carpet on the ice it looked more like he was trying to keep his balance then anything else because you're walking onto carpet on ice which will move a bit under your feet. But I saw no limp at all.
We can only hope. This has to be a make-or-break year for Nichols to make his bones and prove that he is not a career also-ran. I hope that Walters, O'Shea and LaPolice give him the tools to do the job.

The AAF has a new recognition award: the payer of the week. This week’s winner - Tom Dundon, owner of the Carolina Hurricanes.

thing is...just with his skill-set and size alone...if he would be used and targeted 5-8 times a game....he would be a lock probably for an average of 50-60 yards a game...which translates to a 100+ yard season at worst with most likely those td's if not more
Heck, we've had lots of receivers who were good for 100 yard seasons.

And in Riderville, they have already a slogan for this season:
"Riders 2019: worse than Riders 2018 but better than Riders 2020."

nice...maybe we have an uber motivated guy...I like his skill set and potential...hopefully his year of seasoning will produce this
And a quarterback and game plan that will allow for passes longer than 10 yards consistently.

The ironic part was that the jury accepted that the NFL had colluded to prevent the USFL from accessing TV contract, stadia and so forth and were prepared to award a massive amount to the USFL, according to jurors who were interviewed after the trial. However, Trump insisted on testifying despite his lawyers' advice and came across as so arrogant and unlikable that the jurors changed their minds and awarded one dollar.
