I thought Teague was injured... I've always liked him a a spark plug/energy guy... but I was concerned about his ability to be an everyday contributor...

I've always liked Teague. Teams tried to pick on him, but he always held his own well. Seems like he's in a reduced role this season, which goes to show our Canadian depth has steadily improved since we first brought him in. I think he's slowly getting nudged out, but he was always a good Canadian role player.

could certainly help, but cant get rid of him /keeping with out some one who can stay healthy. Both have spent much/all of the season on the ir so i dont think they have counted against the cap for much. Maybe if both get healthy we could flip them to some one desperate for a younger/healthy ni ol body. Doesnt even have to be a very warm body.

There's certainly enough new players that have came in and performed well this season for the bombers. Finding the cap space by releasing an under achieving, over paid vet shouldn't be a problem if we ever had to compete with the cap due to Nichols bonuses.

Receivers whole job is to CATCH the ball. DB can still be effective if every pass hits him in the facemask. Your point is terrible.

I think he was just reiterating what BBlink was saying.

Fogg has been great. Good natural instincts on the ball. I wouldn't punish him for a few dropped INT. I'd give him praise for being in the right place, and the opportunity to make those plays.

It's almost inexplicable how the D started playing better after the team switched to Nichols.  The D-line and the LB personnel has basically been the same since the start of the season, it's only in the secondary where injuries took their toll that there has been large scale change.  4 and sometimes 5 rookies have outplayed the original slated starters where there was only supposed to be one position open to a rookie in Washington's old spot.  They've uncovered at least 3 future starters through accidental circumstance.

I would like to hear from Richie Hall if he made adjustments to his game-plan when these injuries occurred to try help out the rookies.  To my untrained eye it seems with the stronger D-line play Bass has been given more latitude to roam in the role of MLB and is not handcuffed to the D-line as Hurl often was last year.   Wild and Bass are now playing like the tandem of Solly and Bighill in BC and creating an equal amount of havoc for opposing offences.

We started moving the ball more. Less two and outs. Started controlling the TOP. Having a well rested defense, and having a defense that isn't feeling pressure because the offense can't move the ball is huge.

Three games tells us nothing except we won 3 games. Don't forget in 2014 we were 5-1 to start the season & finished at 6-12. This is what it is... a 3 game winning streak. Before that we were 1-4 & looked All S*H*I*T. This tells me that (1) this team is wildly inconsistent & (2) the wrong qb was starting. Give me a large sample size of 9 games before I make a judgement.  In the meantime, just enjoy the win streak & not worry if it's real or not as we'll know in another 2 months anyway.

Not to nitpick but 7-11 and you could tell in 2014 we over achieved at 5-1. Nearly every game went down to the wire and we got a few lucky bounces. This season feels different. Our defense is good, our special teams are dominant, and our offense although not spectacular has been good. We've had three straight games where we dictated the temple most of the game, that simply wasn't the case in 2014. I don't think we're favorites to win a grey cup or anything, but we're certainly on our way to being a good football club. I haven't seen football this good since 2011, let's enjoy the ride we have three winnable football games coming up and this will put us into the conversation whether or not we're contenders or not. But I'm a little more hopeful then I was three weeks ago!

I'd trade Myers for Fleury in a heartbeat. He is on the 1st year of his contract and will be much better than Myers ever will be.

Little is signed for two years at 4.7m per with actual salary of 5m per. We'd be sending around 12m in salary and picking up about 7m.

I'm sorry but this simply isn't true. Fleury is a nice prospect, but completely un proven. Myers is a great number 3 guy on a decent contract. I would only move him for another polished and proven defender. There's also 7 years left on Staal's deal, I dont want a 40 point centre making 6 million for the next seven years, and losing Petan and Lowry seems pointless.
