Yup, the BOD and front office was run like Mom and Pop's Sodium Shop. Ended up with hardly any draft picks, to boot......we traded away our first rounders virtually ever year.......then griped about the lack of Canadian talent and depth.

Kick coverage and punting was consistent -as in not simply good enough
You can sometime have too much of anything - including loyalty. You have to make some dispassionate decisions to put the best roster on the field. Number of time, this didn't happen this season....including today. -
