Atomic

You're right, the Raiders actually play in the only stadium that is now home to both NFL and MLB teams. The San Diego Padres no longer play in Qualcomm Stadium, now it's just the Chargers (from the picture above).

Mack was a great GM, possibly one of the best of our time.

Unfortunately the crop of free agent offensive linemen is looking pretty thin. If Tsoumpas and Bourke both re-sign with their teams, the only Canadian guys remaining are Andrew Jones, Wayne Smith, Steve Myddelton, and Scott Mitchell. Not sure if any of those guys can help us, and its not even any guarantee that they make it to free agency anyways. If the Bombers want to improve their OL, it's going to have to be through a trade or the draft, or hope that Pencer or Swiston take a big step forward.

Well the head coach of ASU makes 2.3 million, so its probably a fair guess to say Randolph makes more there as the DC than he could here. Doesn't mean he would never want to come here..for some people money is not everything! Yep that's true.

CFL-experienced candidates look pretty sparse, maybe we should be looking south... perhaps someone who at least played in the CFL but is now a defensive coordinator in the NCAA.

I'd certainly take Marshall over Etchevary, and Reed over the both of em! Yeah, I'd take crabs over syphillis and gonorrhoea too. Really? Are you sure?

That's right, just the GM... Rick Campbell is the head coach. I don't see an OL coach. I wonder if Mike Gibson will be taking on that role as well.

Walters acknowledged yesterday at his press conference that they had spoken to Stubler about the DC job.

Fine with these signings until we find someone better.

Mack will always get credit from me for picking Muamba when almost everyone believed he should've went with Mitchell. As a friendly reminder, I was the first guy to pump Muamba's tires... I wanted Edem too. And Coehoorn. Just sayin'... I would have protected Kohlert. Everything you say is based off of what analysts have written so I have no idea how you could claim to be the first.

I'm actually pretty pleased with the Brescacin pick up, I hope he signs here. Tall, fast receiver who led the CIS in receiving yards in 2012, and was 3rd in 2011. He was stuck behind some very good receivers in Hamilton, I think he'll have a real shot to make our team eventually.

Are you secretly Aardvark? Hell no

Where does the national media say that the Bombers are still whe worst possible team a coach can go to? You have to live outside Winnipeg & the Province like I do to really know how they feel. So you don't mean the national media, you mean the Calgary media.

Super jealous if the Esks get Wylie

What is the national media? TSN?

Maybe Bobby Dyce gets a call

I don't think it's fair for you to expect Stubler to be interested in your life, especially while he's working.

And just in case anyone was wondering... Kirk Penton ‏@PentonKirk1m Pierre-Luc Labbe isn't retiring to avoid expansion draft. He's following his dad's footsteps and becoming a police officer. #Bombers

Labbe had his fair share of haters among the fanbase, but for a team lacking in non-import depth, this is really unfortunate.

Darren Cameron ‏@Darren_Cameron 1m Canadian linebacker @pierreluclabbe announces his retirement after six seasons with the #Bombers. Pierre-luc Labbe ‏@pierreluclabbe 13s Time to move on to different goals. Thanks a lot to the #BlueBombers for the best 6 years of my life #retirement #CFL

If Higgins can't find a job this offseason with all the vacancies out there, I think that says something about how he is regarded throughout the league.

I like this move but we're going to have to get some solid DBs if we want to run Stubler's system. It is not defence for dummies.

The problem with that is the new CBA likely won't be ratified until May or June. There's not going to be a lot of guys willing to wait that long.
