Chaosmonkey got a reaction from Uncle Bill in Bombers sign 3 sponsorship deals
I like how ISO is mad because he hasn't figured out that they have made portable AM radios yet.
Also, the bus situation will only improve, assuming that Sammy Katz has some buddies that want to make some cash building a rapid transit line down into the U of M.

It isn't Buck's fault the organization couldn't replace him or find better. He never held the gun to their heads to keep him. He didn't hold the organization back, it was management. Can't blame the guy to keep the pay cheque as long as they were willing to pay it.
To me, the cheering last night just goes to show how much this fan base is dying to cheer for something. There is no hope for this team for this season. The fan base is taking what they can get.

Did players in the Winnipeg Jets organization think the fans were unclassy for cheering Teemu Selanne everytime he touched the puck during that game in MTS Centre on December 2011?

Based on Burke's attitude to date, I'm pretty sure that's a typo.
99.9% confident he actually said "don't worry about the win"

Chaosmonkey reacted to hitman22 in Picard fined for throwing punch in banjo bowl
with about 2 mins left in the 4th, Anderson disengaged with Picard and as he turned to chase the play Picard punched Anderson in the back, sort of in the right kidney area. A few plays later iswhen Anderson was flaged for unsportmen
like conduct.

They could win the cup with their QB as MVP and still trade him away.

So does that mean that the Bombers defense is part of the gang now after the number they did on Durant last weekend?

Would Buono also like to take a jab at Mike Kelly? Because I'm sure Walters would hear him out ...

Half Pints Bulldog Amber is probably my go-to beer.
If I'm out somewhere I'll usually order something Rickards a red or a white, or maybe a Keiths Red, or a Hoegarden.
I don't like overly bitter beers, I like something with a clean aftertaste, but I'll drink a bottle of anything once.

This is a little more like it.
A lot of people don’t know it, but we actually have a great selection of widely respected breweries in our great nation, of which brew some of the best beers I have tried.
I’m not a fan of the common, commercialized beers mainly because of its production in such high volumes, which means less attention to the strict fermentation process and how/when different ingredients are added.
Smaller more refined breweries like Vancouver Island, Howe Sound Brewing and Central City have produced some of the best craft beers that I have had. Howe Sound recently came out with Loose Cannon which is a dark lager. I am usually not a fan of dark beers, but this one has a hint of chocolate flavour and has a cleaner taste than any other dark lager I have had.
Howe also has the Devil’s Elbow, which is a great tasting IPA, with a very specific dry-hopping process that is done post fermentation.
Vancouver Island Brewery makes a nice honey ale called High Trail (used to be called Spyhopper HB). Less hops than I usually like, but it’s harder to tell because of the blend.
And if you more brave (and are lucky enough to get your hands on it), VI also comes out with a limited release winter brew called Hermannator, a rich malt, almost caramel like blend brewed at 9.5%. Goes excellent with a nice New York strip.
Central City is generally most known for its Red Racer line of craft beers. The Red Racer IPA has an incredible hops taste for an IPA. I am not too familiar with the rest of the line, but the ESB (Extra Special Bitter) seems to be intriguing to me.
These are a few that I have been enjoying over the last little while usually with dinner. For an everyday type that you would usually see stocked in my fridge, I’m very partial, and biased to Half Pints. They make a great Amber Ale which is typically my favourite for most regular days because it's not so heavy and it goes well on it's own.
