You just have to look at what Sask did against Toronto...barely losing with a rookie QB and a league high 24 penalties. Apparently once you upgrade you do not need to use a key on a clean install, just hit skip. Everyone has the same Core/Pro key.

My dad sands his deck every time...  it will look better but it's o so much work.  
 
I'd only do a clean sanding if you are changing the color of the stain... otherwise I'd pressure wash and maybe sand the spots that are rough.

I saw a Post online from a minor celebrity demanding Harper's ouster. Went on about his scary policies and HIW hes destroying democracy. Someone replied saying the opposition partoes scare him and the guy replied the irrational fear of the opposition is part of Harper's game

A near 3 month campaign isn't needed. It wastes taxpayer money. Yes, there has been 3rd party advertising but I've seen a lot more Trudeau attack ads from  the Conservatives since April than any special interest group with a political agenda attacking the government on television & radio. Same friggin losers sitting around a table mocking Trudeau. Hey you Conservative assholes , I want to watch the football game & not your same attack ad over & over & over  & over & over & over & over.. Now it'll just get worse. How is having to be forced to watch the same stupid commercial going to make me want to vote for Harper? Nah, I'm turned off enough to vote for Trudeau just out of spite. Which is as good a reason as anything else.
