Bill Clinton is arriving back in D.C. after a trip to his home state of Arkansas. He steps out of the plane carrying two pigs, one under each arm. When he reaches the bottom of the stairs the Marine guard sharply salutes him as usual.
Clinton said, "I'd like to salute you back son, but as you can see my hands are full."The Marine replied, "Yes Sir! Mighty fine pigs, Sir!"
Clinton responded, "These aren't just ordinary pigs Marine, they are pure Arkansas Razorback Pigs!!"
The Marine replied, "Yes Sir! Mighty fine Razorbacks Sir!"
Bill then responded, "I got this one for Hillary, and this one for Chelsea."The Marine guard then replied, "Yes Sir! Good trade, Sir!"

LOL!

I love the right wing nuts going crazy that this now confirms all their goody conspiracy theories are true.  Because Clinton having Pneumonia equals Clinton being a brain damaged, stroked out husk.  Unfortunately, it helps Trump and his "low energy" message.  But she's 67 years old.  I think health of the president is important because ofcourse anything that impacts mental ability is important and if there is a greater chance than usual of a President dying, then its fair to ask questions.  But goodness, this is a witch hunt it seems.  She's released more medical records than "high energy" Trump.  What's he trying to hide...?

Its always been a discussion, in the television age would FDR have ever been elected?  Well, in todays climate of "health", he'd not even be the nominee.

Actually Kennedy might have been the least fit president ever.   And his people his all his issues and portrayed an image of youth and vibrancy.

Trumps people both demanding Hilary release more medical info while at the same time citing privacy for why they won't release his is laughable.  This is a game now. A game of bullshit and deflection.

Anyone catch Trump on Dr Oz?  I had to turn it off once Ivanka came on.  Oz is a republican.  He began by saying he asked both candidates to come on and then told Trump he didnt want any political talk or talk of Hilary.  He then let Trump proceed, almost uninterrupted, in giving a political speech.  In fact the first thing he said was that he agreed not to talk about Clinton because he "just want her to get well".  He took a shot at Obama too.

Then Ivanka comes out and details their child tax benefit or whatever it is.  So it was an infomercial.  The big thing was Trump revealing his "medical records" which was another letter from the same doctor that used inappropriate verbiage previously and admitted he just rattled off the first letter in a moment.  Oz drooled over the medical numbers contained in the letter.

Oz looked like he was a groupie at a rock concert.

I saw there are people reminding Trump that he promised to give $5M to charity if he accepted that Obama was born in the U.S. Bet that won't happen especially since the Trump Foundation has less that $1.5M of other people's money in it.

Lets face it he is full of hot air and full of himself.

I thought this article summed a lot up for me:

Quote

Hillary or Donald? Who cares?

I don't think anyone in the commentariat shows any sign of understanding what is revealed by the two political quotes below. The first quote is my favorite because it sums up my sentiments.

Gary Johnson, the presidential candidate for the Libertarian Party in the US was asked during his appearance on The View whether he would vote Clinton or Trump if someone had a gun to his head. He replied: "I’d let the gun go off."

The second quote is representative of the mainstream media. Its a generalization but I think the evidence supports it. It was made this week by New York Magazine writer Jonathan Chait:

"the average undecided voter is getting snippets of news from television personalities like Matt Lauer who are failing to convey the fact that the election pits a normal politician with normal political feelings against an ignorant, bigoted, pathologically dishonest authoritarian.”

Some ask why I look at politics. To be blunt, understanding political trends is pivotal to understanding major investment trends -  from the Canadian dollar’s value to real estate and of course stocks. The capital flows that move investments and currencies are driven by confidence, primarily in government. Last year 1.3 trillion dollars moved out of Russia, 1.2 trillion out of China.  I think most of us understand, for example, that money moving out of China has been a major mover of high-end real estate in Vancouver, Toronto, New York, Melbourne and Sydney. Russia has been a big player in London and New York.

The biggest player on the world stage though is the US and that's why I’m focusing on it. It has the biggest capital flows in both directions and what we're seeing in this election is unprecedented, and it will be a pivotal catalyst for the financial and social chaos that's to come. At Money Talks World Outlook Conference with Martin Armstrong and on the Money Talks show I've been unequivocal that the next four years are going to make the extreme volatility and the social and economic dislocation of the last seven years seem like the good old days.

With that said let me come back to New York magazine writer Jonathan Chait’s statement that: "the election pits a  normal politician with normal political feelings against an ignorant, bigoted, pathologically dishonest, authoritarian."

My reading is that this represents the commentariats prevailing view. They are on the side that says that Hillary Clinton's unethical behavior, her outright lying that I would characterize as the worst in the political establishment, is better than the bombastic ill-conceived passing acquaintance with the truth that Donald Trump displays. That focus completely misses the big picture. It makes no difference if you think that Donald Trump couldn't be worse with what's going on now. Or as other people i know think that anything would be better than Donald. What the commentariat seems oblivious to, is that this election marks a key point in the demise of confidence in government. Each candidate is profoundly polarizing, and whoever wins the presidency is going to start with the highest disapproval rating in history, somewhere around sixty percent. They will preside over the next leg of the entitlement crisis that's already claimed Detroit, Stockton, Chicago and Puerto Rico. At some point we'll stop ignoring this but I can't emphasize enough that the entitlement crisis going to be pivotal.

The Democrats could have selected a chimp for their candidate & he/she would have done better & defeated Trump. Instead they picked Clinton. Why?? There would have been many candidates who could have run who would have done well but they all stepped aside except for the aging socialist Bernie Sanders. You have to wonder why the DNC cleared the track for her the way they did. Now we are faced with the spectre of Donald Trump winning the Presidency thanks to that decision.

About revisionist considering Clinton was polling strongly against Trump for ages and leading him significantly up until the health issue began sticking to her.

I still think Clinton trounces Trump when it comes down to the electoral college.  I think a lot of his popularity is rock star stuff and those people wont vote.
