1 mos hogan jy. horrible roster management, lack of adjustments pathetic execution. 

2 both lines. no pressure with any front or blitz, couldn’t keep either qb reasonably clean or open consistent holes. 

3 zach/chris. brutal in scoring range, un able to move the ball when we needed. 

ch a lot to pick from but chris’ pick. three riders given free paths to chris who stands in and still tries to force it down field as he’s hit. that ball could’ve been thrown away and we’d be 2nd down in field goal range. 

Dishonourable mentions, kola, sergio, kyrie, jones, vaval, holm, thomas, whole Dl. 

honorable mentions, smith for his great stop on the missed fg, kramdi, wilson, demski, brady, and vanterpool.

Zach was on a bullet train to giving that game away long before he got rocked.

Not a fun team to watch. Like at all.

1) Hogan. Fire him tonight. There's nothing there. 

2) O'Shea. Thanks for 2019 and 2021. The past 3 years you've acted like the smartest coach in the league while keeping your old boys club. Not to mention your hard on for playing Canadians. I don't actually know what you do anymore besides puff your chest to the media about how smart you are.

3) Walters. Terrible. Terrible roster management and contracts. 0 growth since riding the coat tails of the 2019 team.

Tough one... Definitely not a great team this year. Not enough talent. Hoping they can put together enough of something to go on a run late. Just make playoffs.

An entire team and not a single game breaker. Just meh, blah, bland poop all over the roster. And coaches who seem to have no idea what is wrong, never mind how to fix it.

Every problem we have complained about for three years, despite winning, has come to a head. Not a single one was addressed.

Aging QB with diminishing skills. No real backup. Dumb roster decisions. No pass rush. No playmakers on D at all really. K-Olé-nkowsi at Center.

 

Sucks man.

Yeah this isn’t like a 2019 team that started out hot had some injuries then came together at the right time. It’s closer to the 2008 Bombers. Old, good enough to squeak in but absolutely not good enough to compete.

Jaylen Smith was great on special teams again. Brady, Demski, Pokey did their jobs and played well for the most part.

Other than that, not much good to point out.

It's unfortunate... Especially in a GC hosting year. But I'm not interested in all the things that were supposedly done wrong... I'm more interested in how we fix it going forward. Time to get to work... The season isn't over.

Every week same problems, recognition and change from coaches? TBD but probably not.

We killed the league when our lines dominated, now we have a bloody useless defensive line and a bad offensive line. Lapo highlighted a couple plays early showing why kolankowski is a useless sack of ****. Seriously it's a huge issue when the pocket has no chance when all you have to do is put a guy on top of the centre. Do we try and do anything? Nah we good.

It feels like the season is over.

They do not do the little things right that lead to wins i.e. going deep with  less than 90 seconds to go in the half rather than clock mgmt

That’s it folks. The sell out streak ends next game. And part of me hopes the crowd shows their displeasure by not showing up. Cuz if we keep showing up and keep feeding the cash cow there is no need for change. Cuz in the end, the bombers are a business and the bottom line in any business is $$$$$$$$$$

1. OC. I mean Sask scores 1 TD and kicked 5 fgs and we lose. Harris was bad this week and last and we lose both. 
 

2. Castillo. Yeah asking him to kick long fgs is a bit ridiculous but he’s made them in the past and missed 2 today and I’d say both could have swung the momentum back our way 

 

3. Streveler. Game was over when he came in. Dude is honestly done. Zach is done cuz our oline is drew Willy’ing him and Strev ain’t the answer.

Next game is already sold out. Sellout streak probably only ends in the final game of the season against Montreal.

Guaranteed people start dressing as seats soon. They are 6 and 6 and just lost back to back against Sask. it’s getting colder and the Jets will be taking the headlines shortly. The cold weather plus basically the L today means we have really no hope of hosting a playoff game as we can’t beat Calgary or Sask. and while I agree huge fun party part of that fun is the football team was entertaining, they aren’t. They actually suck. That plus colder weather plus 6 and 6 and especially the b2b L’s to Sask, that hurts. Honestly I hope they recognize they need change cuz right now they trying nothing and are all out of ideas. I saw lots of people wearing bomber stuff this week. Bet it’s different starting tomorrow. Losing back to back to Sask basically is soul crushing.

Young guy at the Tav U rooftop downtown, after a recent road game, sees me with Bombers gear on (we had watched part of the game at DMC Brew and part at Tav U) and he says "Wow you guys watch the AWAY games??" and I had no response to this. It was then I realized that kids just come out for the party at PAS and have no clue about the team... They'll show up. And if we string some wins together before that Montreal game, it could possibly sell out ..

I see so many issues with this team that I don't know how they can do that quickly enough to make a difference this season.

I think they would have to screw up EXCEPTIONALLY hard to not sell out the last two games.

Huge season ticket base means there isn't a ton of inventory to sell plus the aforementioned party atmosphere... And those last two games are STM ticket exchange games

I have routinely said I don't know enough to know. But I'm very interested in the conversation. I truly appreciate JBR posts because I think he's the closest to actually knowing how this can get better.
