Injury Report, Lineup Changes, Roster Moves

Frequently, especially when I'm busy, I like to separate fact from opinion. What makes this site so enjoyable is the opinions and disagreements that we find from our members. However sometimes I just am not interested in opinion. I want to know what's changing for our next game. New injuries, recovering from past injuries, possible replacements and other moves the coaches might make is all that really matters to me sometimes.

I do not know what we all like best but the most important thing for me is the injury report and personnel changes. I am mainly interested in the Bombers but I don't mind hearing about what's happening around the league. So here goes: as a start.

"Attention now turns to Demski's injury, this O can't afford to lose anyone let alone him for considerable time"

"I don’t think it’ll be too serious. He was walking on it no boot or any thing. Worst case I would think a high ankle sprain that takes a couple weeks. "

So if Demski is out for the next game how do we change our lineup?

One of my chief interests is how Brandon Alexander is coming along. Has anybody seen him out on the practice field in the last week or so?

Did anyone notice if any of our other starters besides Demski got a little nicked up on Friday night?

Now I realize some of this is conjecture but we do have some excellent sleuths on this site, people who can see what MOS and the gang don't want to say. I would just like to know sooner than when we publish the game day roster.

Great add.  Like an extra draft pick.  Get him in camp before he goes to college to become draft eligible, finally use our territorial exemption. I was coaching in the U16 tryouts/Blue and Gold g

No. Negative. Negatory. But I’m just being stuck in nugatory. I’d really like the “Feel the Thunder” of the mid eighties. Here’s also, “Feel the Thunder of Handsome **** Manitoba”, which isn’t related but sounds good. TheDictatorsGoGirlCrazy.jpg

Anything to get rid of #FortHew is fine by me. 🤣

Seriously though, as long as we never go back to “Unfinished Business”, I’ll be content.

That's the thing about "unfinished business",  it usually remains unfinished.

They finished it, just took 18 years.

The GM who approved that slogan, has not received his ring.

Not really. That business failed and went belly up. New management and new business model. In fact, only 3 holdovers from that 2002 regime who fulfilled the promise of finishing the business in 2019 by my count.

You got me, Wade Miller played for them in 2002, who are the other 2?

Equipment manager Brad Fotty, and “he who shall not be named” as offensive coach. (You could also count Doug Brown and Bob Irving if you want to consider broadcasters as part of the team, I did not).

Did anyone see today's bomber practice? I was just wondering who's hobbling around and what surprises that were participating in today's dress rehearsal for Calgary.

They won't know which knee to target, unless of course Cody tells them which one is injured repeatedly.

well....he wouldn't do that now would he?...

Not sure where to put this so I'll drop it here since this is one roster move we won't be making.  Apparently Alford has been having a good showing with the Falcons so far.

Love it. Hope he balls out down there.

What a ridiculous PBU by our boy!

Yeah he won't be back...congrats to him..looks like he beefed up too

Much as I would love the guy to come back I really hope he has himself a career down there.

They show a clip of him getting beat by Drake London before that. He was right there on the play, Couldn’t have played it better.

Such lazy, horrendous marketing throughout the early to mid 2000's

there was a great clip on cfl.ca of him hopping around knee grabbing for, thirty seconds or so. grimacing in pain, near death, it seemed, based on the level of  agony he was reaching.

quickly taken down.

guy is a real ham. somebody that likes him ( mummy, maybe) should tell him.... he seems to be pretty feeble.

I always hope that they play long enough to get that pension... then at that point they can finish out the career back here.

I wonder what happens with Desjarlais… lots of competition in New England but reportedly looking good in camp so far.
