things were already looking bad, but missing Harris makes the game a laugher....if there was such a thing as an "AHL Version" of the Bombers, that's what I feel like we have for this week. I'm gonna watch, because I always do, but........my expectations are very very low.

It's pretty much the same as when people thought we could win when Nichols was playing poorly.

 

I’m not keeping up with this thread, but the Riders are garbage and have an inflated record.

Nichols is a veteran & at least can process what he sees in front of him. Streveler isn't. Hope he does well but I'm expecting he'll be in for a rough ride from the Esks defense.

almost hope that Harris is out...or we use his sparingly...allow Augustine to show he can lug the rock just fine, and actually open Lapo's eyes to get him more rotational reps game in and game out...preserve Harris as we go

Harris has earned a rest.  Pretty sure he doesn't want it though.

I fully expect he's sitting, and I'm gonna be happy if he's not on the 6-game after this........I'm so gun shy right now.

I don't want Harris to get hurt just so that Augustine gets a look.   I'd much rather we beat up on the Eskimos and have such a commanding lead that in the 3rd quarter they sit him to rest and allow Augustine to get reps at that point. 

Harris only had 34 rushing yards in our first game with Edmonton, if that helps at all...
