So who do we believe Willie Jefferson and reporters who said that Jefferson left $ on the table or a Rider fan posting on a message board?

You cant trust Saskatchewan people when it comes to numbers, right ?

I had a dream that we signed Chris Mathews...…..

What's Lalama's story...? Drafteed by Edmonton right? Did he play much? Injury issues? Are they expecting him to play ST mostly?

He's an ST guy but was ranked way higher than he went...  I think he missed his draft season

Can't have enough depth guys to play specials. Good signing.

USports defensive player of the year and got himself a minicamp invite from the Giants.  Drafted by Edmonton in 2016 but never made their team.  Signed with Montreal in 2017.  Played in 15 games that season on teams but missed all of last season with an injury.

He'll be teams depth for sure but given that, barring another injury, this will only be his 2nd actual season, who knows how the team sees him fitting in or what his ceiling is.

Forget if he was usport defensive player the before or after John Rush

after

I'm a fan of anyone who is desperate to play for the Bombers (he's talked ad nauseum about how it's a lifelong dream come true) and if he has actual value on top of that, I consider it a bonus...

Ian Wild signed with Toronto

Wow, didn't expect Wild to continue on with his career, good for him.

Thats a bummer - he probably signed for near league minimum

Close to his home in Pitsburg, I think.

Saw a tweet where someone suggested the Argos need to sign a player named Wildest now. 😀

Well while the Riders are learning to count, their next QB signing will be "Fourteenth Mann"

good for him... always liked him and I'm glad he is able to extend his career... hopefully the Argos fan doesn't expect too much out of him though...

Lots of names still out there... surprised that Nevis is not in the Bomber plans at all...

Walters mentioned possibly going with a Natl. as a nose-tackle replacement, still pondering who he may be referring to.  Don't like it, sign Nevis.

I guess that may be an area where they can go cheap with a rookie and have no real impact on the defense...must be high on one of their off-season signings, or have eye on something else, or maybe switching to a modified 3 man front using a nose tackle and a pure rush specialist working from different spots...or overloading an end...

I don't think there are any available F.A.'s that fit the bill,  I doubt Walters would seriously consider plugging in a draft pick.

Here is a list of the current candidates for mix and match, only one Natl. in the bunch.

Bryant, Brandin

Calhoun, Kendall

Choudja, Patrick

Jeffcoat, Jackson

Jefferson, Willie

McCalister, Alex

Nwachukwu, Noble

Roh, Craig

Thomas, Jake

Roosevelt just signed with Sask.

EDIT: Pfff...never mind.  I'm a day late.  I'm sure someone mentioned it and I just missed the post.

There's two really solid DEs - Kongbo and Anderson -  I think we take one of those with #4... but I don't see any interior guys that we'd want...
