Lets see if we can keep this thread a little more civil.

I found this interview very interesting.  A lot of soft balls thrown at Trump, he explained his back pedalling on his more extreme issues as a lot of his claims as opening bids for negotiation purposes.  Which .. whatever .. I still think that those are insincere claims he used to get elected.

He does now come across way more presidential then he did prior to the election.  A lot of his noise, yelling, and rhetoric has been scaled back.

7th ballot failed.   7 votes already for Donalds.  Onward if not upwards.  This is after McCarthy made some major concessions, last nite.

McCathy must really enjoy getting bent over, wants power that he will never have even if he does become speaker

Shouldn't the American people be privy to exactly what concessions McCarthy is making to the crazy people.

Early on.......8 for Donalds and 3 for Hern = 10th ballot coming up

It would be a gamble, but the first 3 McCarthy voters could support Jeffries to force the MAGAnuts' hands.  I'd love to see it happen, though.
