Pretty sad when I think the most interesting thing I’ve seen this half is that cute kid in the Bryant jersey.

He is 18 years old and may have been so scared that he will not think of doing this again, but the real danger is all the wannabes that will follow his example after being urged on the right-wing nutsos. Thus begins a new chapter of the horror that America has become. Already Madison Cawthorne has said to these budding Nazis- "Be armed and be dangerous". If that is not a call to violence, I do not know what is.
Correct and any one who thinks Rittenhouse is some sort of hero is mentally ill. I could see him getting off with the self defence claim, but he went there with an assault rifle looking for trouble. A lesser charge on manslaughter should have been on the table. An untrained and unauthorized person attempting crowd control with an AR15 is a recipe for disaster.

Poor Ottawa. Looks like a **** kicking. Again.

The Washington Post is still owned by "Reverend" Moon, I believe who is a an advocate of Reagan, the Bushes and Trump. If you start giving criminal immunity to government officials, where does it end? This sounds close to the "I was only following orders" plea of the Nazis who were sent to the gallows. It didn't save them and under law, if you counsel someone to break the law, you are also guilty.
I thought the Washington Post was owned by Jeff Bezos. Just checked, he does.

Elks letting WRs go around uncovered all day. What a joke of a team.

On the bright side to only lose by 14 with all those turnovers, is a minor miracle.

4 INTs and numerous bad decisions. I hope McGuire can play better than this.
-
Need to teach McGuire to throw to open receivers, not covered ones.

And now we see why BC cut Cooper.
FFs MCquire.

And a legend rides off into the sunset. I’m sure he’ll have a great retirement, he’s earned it. He was the only radio voice for the Bombers I ever heard.
Thanks for everything , Bob.

"Stanback almost has 100 yards against that defence, but against us we for the most part controlled him. What does that say? "
Right from RF. Are they saying that because they kept Stanback to lower rushing yards that their defense is superior now? Let's meet at the flagpole and see how it goes.
Als had a much worse QB against Riders. Easier to focus on Stanback when the passing threat is reduced.

But, it's also the system that requires endless campaigning and fund raising. That's all they do.
That s why the US political system is broken. Too much money & lobbyists influencing legislative decisions to benefit a small number of benefactors.

I got to think there's more to it than this. It's these backroom deals, schemes, lining the pockets of each other, hoodwinking as all playing us for fools is what's going on.
That’s a good point. Plenty of corporate democrats derailing a progressive agenda while lining their pockets from donors. Manchin and Sienema being the most prominent.

I’m trying to figure out if Hamilton really is as good as they look tonight or Edmonton is really that bad. Probably the latter.

Cooper's just depth...Oliveira and Augustine are the RBs. But if Harris is out long-term, then you need some depth. Shame he's American, but you needed SOMEONE....
I was having an incredibly boring day at work......thanks Bombers!
Get back to work you lazy S.O.B.

Bomber offence sputtered some in this game but our D is so good that it allowed the O to work out the kinks and get enough points for the win. No doubt our D is the main building block of our record but the O has shone plenty of times during the 7 game win win streak too.
If Rider fans are calling our O mediocre, then what the hell is their’s?

Empires rise and fall. What we are witnessing is the decline of the American empire, mainly due to internal social rot. The political and social/cultural divides are too vast to be overcome, IMO. When close to half the country doesn't believe democracy is working and put their own individual rights ahead of the common public good, the result is inevitable. I'm just not sure if the end will come slowly over the next several decades or arrive quickly in a violent civil war.

Offence is playing well but I will never understand throwing To a WRin the flat with absolutely no blocking for him.

True but the running game died in the 2nd half when there was no threat of a passing game and Calgary defenders crowded the LOS.
