Well the club clearly could of spent more wisely on a free new guys.
But I have no issues with them not signing old guys like Simon or Bruce.

I have no issues with them trying out the guy and seeing if maybe a change of scenery might make a difference.... but I think he's had way more then enough time to prove his worth and clearly he has been a C+ level player at best.
 
Him being a import just blows my mind since in the past we would bring in quite a bit of import players to try out on the oline.   It's not like they are impossibru to find....

I don't care about 2013.  2013 is finished and dead, we're not getting better, we're not making the playoffs, we're certainly not winning a Grey Cup.  The best I'm hoping for right now is that the Bombers stop embarrassing themselves and compete a little bit.
 
The only thing that matters now is making the right hires for 2014.
 
If the right coaching staff for 2014 is out there right now waiting to be hired, then by all means fire everyone and hire the new people in.  I kinda doubt that's the case right now, though.
 
On the other hand, if that coaching staff isn't out there right now, then we need to just leave Burke in there until the best possible replacements can be recruited.
 
A panicky midseason coaching change is (part of) what got us into this shitshow to begin with.

I know two guys who would more willing to finish off the season as HC and DC and who definitely have lots of motivation skills

Just to add to the last point.....  I'm beginning to think Elliott and his red zone interceptions may have been a product of him making audibles on the field and over ruling Crowton/LaPolices very conservative play calls and rather then dumping the ball on poorly executed screen passes... he tossed them in the end zone in hopes that his receivers would make a play on the ball.  
 
I do remember reading about him yelling at Crowton because in that close BC game when they were marching down the field ,  on 2nd and 9 they wanted yet another screen pass (which had not worked all season long) and to set up a field goal rather then going for the first down.     
 
It would make sense since they fired him for "not listening" and it was very bizarre that most of his picks came with deep balls to the end zone.     I'm thinking that on those plays he went to the guy that he wasn't suppose to and that is why the coaches got mad at him.

Ricky has under rated arm strength,  those deep balls to the corner of the end zone are beautiful and not easy to make.     
 
Khari had a good arm before being completely crippled....  afterwards it was a sad sad sight.  

And I stopped reading right there.... a hold over... so 1 week is a hold over... also no mentioning that Mack told Lapolice YOU NEED A DEDICATED OC... Lapo SELECTED Crowton.. it was Lapo's guy.   
 
All that other stuff is nonsense and sounds like a lot of BS... almost Nate like in just throwing crap out and hoping to be right about something.  

I watched the game on my PVR today and Max Hall simply doesn't have the mobility or the arm strength to win in this league.
I liked Max's composure and his ability to make reads, he does also throw a very nice soft pass. But yikes he is slow as a snail and he throws horribly when on the run and he was lucky that he didn't have around 4-5 interceptions. His bullets down the field were very dangerous and under thrown.
It's to bad because he makes the right throws and when he can plant his foot he can throw very nicely placed Ricky ray like passes.
I think Goltz however is way better suited for the cfl, his ability to buy time with his feet and the ability to throw darts makes him a way better option.
I would surprisingly make Buck our backup and Hall the bench warmer. Hall simply can't play with this o line.

Based on the fact that he's performed the best of our 3 qbs and him being the youngest and most physically gifted QB out of the 3.  Please provide substance aside from 1 incomplete pass to Matthews and a whole lot of nothing else aside from ignoring the dozens and dozens of posts from various people on here providing clear cut examples that he's been the best of the 3.  

If you read my original post you would see my reasons....  mainly the lack of arm strength and his slow feet.  Unless for some reason he was holding back I doubt that he's going to throw missiles in his next start.

All I know from my few moves is that if you want to raise a family and want to own a bigger house... then Winnipeg is by far the best place to go.   
 
Living out East I found most people to be career oriented,  keep to themselves quite a bit ,   not a lot of excitement/action ,  mostly good if you're focus on your career and not much else.  
 
BC is gorgeous, fantastic if you're into a more active lifestyle,   a lot more laid back then out East,  seem to have a consistently good football team,  can be pricey depending on where exactly you want to live.  
 
Calgary has way to many Rider fans so therefore it's redneck central,   lot more sociable community then in Ontario ,   lots more fun in town,   bizarre weather patterns,   a bit pricier but still reasonable.....
 
Winnipeg -  Best looking ladies by far in Canada,  cheapest cost of living  ,   most restaurants per capita in Canada.....

When was the last time Buck was playing good and was healthy for 3 straight games?   
 
Glenn people complained and that was because we were spoiled from having Khari before him.....  
 
Buck has been TERRIBLE for the last 2 and half seasons.......  1 good game does not over ride his last 20 crap performances....

buck has had three years three oc's and has sucked with all.... Buck has had way to many chances. He can't throw accurately, with any velocity and he can't handle pressure... Three things coaches can't do to help him.

This is 100% bull ****,     rumours for Glenn were always for a 1st rounder.     Also if this was true why didn't Lawless bring this to light during the off season... this kind of material would of been gold for him to rip apart Mack.

Also Burke has been non stop pumping Pierce's tires and saying he's the greatest... if Burke was honest to a fault then he wouldn't of danced around when Irving questioned him during the first 3 losses on questions about the offense stinking and Buck looking bad.     Burke big time was the reason Pierce is back.  Max Hall = Crowton because of the previous connection and Mack = Goltz because it's his recruit.        

No, mb said on the video on the free press that he was first and only contacted by Miller a few days ago. He was busy scouting NFL camps the last month.

People are way over reacting the Bombers current state. This isn't like when Mike Kelly gutted the team and this isn't like when Taman locked up all our salary money on old crusty players.
We have a really young team, lots of talent in various positions, we have depth , draft picks and should have lots of free room under the cap.
Truly all we need is a few guys on the o line, qb stability, and a good oc.

Burke can only stay of he gives full control of the offense to somebody who knows what they are doing. I.e somebody who will bench Pierce and not flip flop on him.
