I was at the game. Sitting in the end zone. I just stopped paying attention after half time. And left mid way through the 3rd to wonder around while trying to not puke. Just absolutely horrid.

Crazy feeling.. Bombers win and its not close. Weird feeling about this game.. A good one. Normally i have bad feelings about the LDC but with all the rider **** talking.. Think they in store for an epic ass wooping

Is it bad that I am more mad about the timing (back to back Rider games, **** sakes!) then the actual act?

Appeal it and delay the inevitable until the last couple weeks of the season.

Riders are a pretty good team, they have some weapons and some weak spots. I think the Bombers have what it takes to get the W, but I’m logically assuming a split just like I do every year.
I feel like we have the advantage at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, which is huge for us in a battle of backup quarterbacks.
The key will be whether or not the environment gets to Streveler.
either way, I’ll be there to find out again this year. Favorite weekend of the year for me. 

We just beat the Esks. with Streveler...I think Edm. is a better team with a better qb....No reason why we can't knock them off in their own barn

Riders will be 6-5 soon enough.

Nothing about what I see worries me...and put even a little pressure on Fitado and their offence wilts..they yammer on about our dink and dunk but that's their offence in a nut shell
It plays right into our defensive strengths..I can see them not putting it in endzone against us
And what a doucher that 21 is..act like a pro. He took 2 sucker punches at red blacks..and very poor coaching by dickenson now continuing with Purifoy on returns..he gets hurt doing that they are screwed
 
 

Streveler didn't look that bad tonight,   tough game playing against a strong defense and absolute terrible weather conditions.  
He didn't look like the 2nd coming but he definitely showed flashes.   The drops really hurt his stats and also the lack of plays of him throwing on the run was puzzling.  
I'd like to see him play against a team that offers less pressure and where rain won't be a factor.

There were a noticeable number, confirmed by speaking to them, of Packer fans that made the trip up from the states. They had a great time, judging by the cheering, screaming, laughter and liquor they were consuming. The wave that carried on for twenty or so cycles around the stadium got most fans breaking into ovations, foolery, and lots of commotion. NFL has a lot of fans. 
It was somewhat shocking to witness the difference in the foot print of a NFL field overlay a CFL field, first hand, and absolutely further convinced me the bigger field adds more chance for exciting plays. 
A Bomber game is better value for the money but being there was a cool experience.

Edmonton's only wins are against 'the three worst teams in the league' and three quarters of Anthony Pipkin Als... then they lost to VAJ...  and lost to Calgary's backup... but they're not smoke and mirrors right?  
Sask is playing their backup and three of their five wins are against 'the worst teams' and Hamilton's backup... but they're an 'above .500' team to worry about 
Of the remaining +.500 teams left, four of them are starting their backups - so when we beat Calgary its no big deal because Arbuckle was in but now we have to worry about Calgary because our backup is starting...  so confusing

Let's not forget that the juggernaut '97 Bombers, led by THE Jeff Reinebold, went in and blew the Riders out in the LDC 43-12. I agree, it's a weird game. Maybe we'll get to see another Bomber blowout win this year. 😊

I just don't see how the Riders beat the Bombers without a massive egg laying from Winnipeg. That team isn't as good as the Bombers anywhere and I refuse to believe that Cody ******* Fajardo is a better quarterback than Streveler. 

Bridge and Willy are both brutal options that I can't believe anyone is actually considering. I was at the playoff game in Regina last year and was blown away by how bad Bridge is at throwing a football. It's really something to see close up in person. As for Willy, seriously? He played okay for about a 3rd of a season 5 years ago. He was then brutalized, seemingly lost all confidence, played horribly, and is now out of football. I realize there aren't an abundance of options but come on now!

I'm not sure it really matters quite frankly.  Any new QB brought in regardless of CFL experience will immediately be the #3.  I believe before they went to the new guy they'd give McGuire a shot to run the offence.
