I hate the Riders.

I completely agree.  Through my work I’ve also done a pile of urinalysis tests and when they “can’t pee” or just straight up refuse it’s because they have something real bad in their system that they don’t want to be shown in the results.  I shook my head when I read the reports on Leonard and listened to Dickenson and the fans defend him.  
He withheld the sample because he knows what’s in his system.  It’s obviously something that would have ruined him far worse than just claiming he couldn’t pee.  The end result is the same as far as punishment but his secret stays safe.

Unfortunately it's actually a pretty good strategy. There needs to be more severe consequences if you refuse to provide a sample.

I've tested hundreds of individuals through my workplace over the years. 
Invariably they are dirty when they use the can't pee defence. What they don't mention in the article is whether the CFL mandates that the player be witnessed while urinating (to eliminate using a concealed sample in a eyedrop bottle or "Whizzinator" for example).... which can lead to the "shy bladder" argument. Of course this only flys for so long before nature insists. You also don't need that much pee to test. 
It's still a bizarre situation, as any adulterant in the sample won't disappear in the short number of hours  that would pass before any healthy individual would need to urinate. 
Its almost as if they think the tester will forget about the test. Ha

A microcosm of the return game was when there were 4 Argonauts in front of Nelson with zero Bombers to block for him. I wouldn't be putting it all on Nelson. I think we still have some work to do in our blocking.

1 Zach collaros. Carried the offense till we got the run going. Took some hits and made a lot happen with his legs. 
2 Brady Oliveira. Huge night. A big catch lots of grinding runs. And a couple good blocks. 
3 the dl. Every guy had big plays and lots of pressure 
Hh woli didn't get much of a looks but he had a huge block on the 2nd td pass. 

Tuesday was a closed practice so there was no media there.
 

Have any of you ever worked for the federal government and see how insane any contracts are?  A few examples over the years that I've seen was..... 
$500 - $1000 to mount a 40" tv on the wall
$4000 to change a door from swinging inward to outward
$500 to add the hinge to make the door slow down
$100 000 to take down a 30 foot non load bearing wall
$50 000 for 12 desks to be installed (desks price included).... these desks are Office 2.0 desks so low height (no cabinets) and very small in dimensions and they are linked together.   
$1500 for each chair....
You get the idea....  you should see how insane the prices are on big new build projects.....

that's such a special thing you did. my dad got me hooked with season tickets in the 90's. it was such a great thing to do together even when they sucked. the bombers brought us closer together and i'm a fan for life. man, what a gift. he'll always remember that.
