Going to need some major free agent acquisitions for this to pan out.  

Not just thru FA but also with better results from the scouting dept as well.

There's a long way to go before I'll say we have any chance at the playoffs.  That's what I thought last year, just to get a swift kick to the nuts from the team.

If we have another 6 - 7 win season and no playoffs, O'Shea is most likely gone (can't see how they would justify extending him unless they do it after a 5 - 0 start and he craps the bed in the second half) but what would you do with Walters.

Does he get one more head coach hire, or is he gone as well?

We clean house completely I'm afraid.  Not that I want a house cleaning, but it's bound to happen if we suck again.

Keep Drew Willy upright and healthy for most of 2016 and we make playoffs...no question. 

Drew Willy is healthy all season long and turns out to be, in fact, a pretty average qb

They were lucky to keep their jobs after this year in my opinion. Keeping either one of them around after three sub .500 seasons is a complete non starter to me.

It's pretty sad that just making the playoffs is considered a bold prediction... but that's the state we're in...

I guess a determination would have to be made on whether or not the problem was just coaching or included player personnel as well. If the latter, I'd say he's gone. The former and he might get another chance with a new coach.

Addison Richards will be a top 5 Canadian receiver.

Riders aren't as good as some expect them to be. Jones Flops a bit.

Esks aren't as good either.

How many times can we ask for an upright Willy?

Are we ever going to get past the whole upright Willy thing?  We may have to change the name of the team to the Blue Pills. Not that I know anything about blue pills but I hear stuff.

Thunder and lightening materializes and both backs gain over 1,000 yds.

More bold predictions..

There will be an incredible amount of hype and propaganda - on the the Argos and all the good things that will happen because they now have a permanent home.

It's not because they're being efficient, it's because there would be mass confusion when half the province does the exact opposite as the rest of the province.

 MBB will have a new feature that has a highlight so that when you want to rip into somebody on the Bombers, you just press @Name, and all the usual suspects will come up including MOS, the new OC, Richie Hall, Kyle Walters and a host others. Less work - more time for digs.

My 10 Bold Predictions for 2016

The Blue Bombers sign Dressler and Chris Matthews.

The Bombers start off 1-6 with a loss at home to the Riders that hurts....44-3.

They turf MOS and KW...they then sign Tom Clements as HC and GM to a 7 year contract. Ears perk up in Calgary.

The Bombers' RB wins the rushing league with 1802 yards.

With superb protection all year long, Willy shows to be the best qb since KJ.

Sukh Chung extends for 5 more years before winning the Canadian Player of the Year Award and Top Lineman Award. Walby says, "He's the best I've seen."

Willy throws for 742 yards and the Bombers beat the Riders at the LDC 71-12. Broken banjos are found littering the streets of the Queen City the next morning.

The home team goes 11-7 and wins a playoff game against the Riders at IGF Field and are off for Calgary to contest the WCF. The Bombers put up 275 yards rushing and 404 yards receiving on their way to a 49-8 pasting of the Riders.

Lirim Hajrullahu plays unbelievable all year and kicks a 59 yard FG against the wind with no time left on the clock to beat the Stamps 20-19 and are they are off to the Grey Cup.

The Bombers meet the Ticats in the Grey Cup and end the drought as Willy throws for 388 yards and the Bombers romp the ticats 34-9......................
